Description of Work: We wanted to find out why one bathroom does not get much hot water and the plumber did give us some information. We wanted the hot water unit to be cleaned out, but he said he was not sure it he had the right tools and then he said it could break when he goes to clean it and we could end up paying 400 to 500 hundred dollars. He pretty much scared us off. Paid $69 dollars for information.

Description of Work: Snaked the roof , replaced the garbage disposal but flooded my bathroom floor then when they were all through they forgot to check the bathroom since it flooded previously & when I went in the bathroom the toilet and shower stall had black dried liquid which I had to scrub with Clorox . This probably never happened to them before so that is probably why they hadn't ,t checked the bathroom. They were very nice young men but I felt the price I paid for snaking the kitchen sink & replacing the garbage disposal was too high.

Description of Work: When calling Chuck's Plumbing, they knew nothing of the Angie's list price, but promptly sent someone the next day to see about a leak. I specifically asked if they take credit cards, and was told yes. The repair was a simple fix; I was not overcharged based on their price list, but the repair person required a check and did NOT take credit cards as I was told. I did not go through Angie's list to save money due to the urgency of the leak, but was relived to learn it was an inexpensive fix which was promptly addressed, which is why I gave them a B rating. Their subcontractors need to get onboard with their policies about payments.
