Description of Work: Our kitchen hot water faucet broke on a Friday. Chuck's sent a plumber as scheduled on Saturday, he explained our choices, installed a new faucet, and left in a short time. He was courteous, informative, and professional. Good job all around.

Description of Work: I arrived home from vacation to find my hot water pipe burst. Although it was last minute on a holiday weekend. Chuck's had someone out to my place to install a new hot water tank the next day. He still have the discount and the workers did an excellent job. Clean and professional. Thanks so much!

When he replaced the hot water heater, he did extra work in order to tie the system into copper tubing that was still in good shape. Overall, I am please with their work!

They also offered to e-mail a picture of the individual who would be performing the work for indentification purposes. They were prompt and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable for the work performed. We would absolutely use them again in the future and recommend them to others.

Description of Work: I was washing clothes only to find out that while the washer was draining from the rinse cycle, it also caused the toilet in my downstairs bathroom to overflow into my hallway and also into my living room. I called Chucks plumbing and Michael came out within 45 min, gave me an estimate and fixed the problem. I was very surprised to get someone on a Sunday and the price was reasonable considering that it was on the weekend. Michael fixed my problem gave some recommendations as to how to help prevent it from happening. My main line was clogged and Michael snaked the line and unblocked the clog. I would definately use them in the future if I run into any other problems.

 + -1 moreI called Chuck's Plumbing after looking on Angie's List. I called on a Sunday and Chuck and Jon were able to come the following day. Everything went smoothly, and both of them were professional and everything was done in a timely fashion and I would recommend this company to anyone for their plumbing/water heater needs. I know I would not hesitate to use them in the future.
Description of Work: Water Heater was replaced. This entailed picking up a new heater that was still under the manufacturer warranty, installing the heater and hauling the older one away. Since the water heater was covered, the price above is for installation and disposal of the other heater.

He quickly and neatly fixed both issues and while waiting for a part to be delivered, he even helped the FedEx driver carry a large box into my house. Very helpful, professional and knowledgable. I have found a new plumbing service.
Description of Work: Kitchen faucet had no hot water pressure - took extended time and water to get hot water. Tub faucet had serious leak.

He gave me a quote and was able to come out and do the job the next day. Two gentlemen came at the scheduled time and worked diligently until the job was completed. They were very professional and cleaned up everything. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Replaced a broken water heater with a new, 80 gallon Rheem electric water heater. Hauled away old water heater.
