Chuck's Plumbing

I felt the price to do the outside ($200) was pretty fair, but to spend less than five minutes replacing two inside turn valves for $200 seemed way out of line. He was at my house less than a half an hour total. He was on time, professional, etc. The price in my opinion was way too high.

They are very professional. I received an email and photo of the person coming out. He called when he was near the house. He arrived in the time allowed. He was very knowledgeable and honest with me. He recommended a new unit and wrote an estimate.

The work was already completed in approximately four(4) hours from the time I called. It was a very quick and courteous response and I appreciated the call notifying me that Mike was on his way. I thought the end price for about two (2) hours was a bit pricey, but Mike was professional and diligent in his work. I felt comfortable with the final result; so far so good--no leaks. ..

Ok- just way to expensive. The service technician that came out was very prompt and friendly.

It worked out well. I felt like we got a real good value. They did everything that had to be done.

The technician arrived within a couple hours of my call. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He went to the parts store, came back with the new tankless hot water heater, and had it working after a call to the manufacturer when it didn't work the first time. We had hot water again within 6 hours of the initial call.

This company was as advertised. THey were professional, on time and resonably priced. We will call on them in the future!

Everything was fine. The office called to say that the plumber was ahead of schedule and asked if he could come earlier than arranged. Jon arrived as agreed and provided a written estimate of the work. He was very professional and explained cost before he began the job. I will say that I was a little shell-shocked at the price to have tank flushing parts replaced and new shut-off valves for two toilets (total of bill would have been $592 without Angie's deal). I did some research, however, and the charge is right in the ballpark of the going price for these repairs. Thus, I gave Price an A. I wanted new, quality insides for the tanks so that going forward I may be able to find the correct parts myself to make simple tank repairs (I meant to ask Jon for the brand and stock number of what he used before he left but I forgot). When I had shopped for the parts myself, I was unsure of what I needed to get - there was an amazing array and I wasn't sure what to get for my plain old regular flush toilets. I don't think I ever realized how many different kinds of toilets and tank flushing mechanisms there are! All in all, it was a good experience. I felt it was important to mention the pricing so that other Angie's List members will know that Chuck's Plumbing doesn't gouge those of us who don't do plumbing or know much about it.

On both visits, the technician was punctual, and presented himself in a professional manner. The work was done to satisfaction. He cleaned up after himself and left the area worked on tidy and neat. No complaints. Will certainly call them again when problem arises.

First, they work on weekends-huge plus for us! They came in on time and worked 4 to 5 hours on the rough-ins for our master bath re-model. They did a great job. We did not run into any problems. We did not have our faucets picked out yet so he suggested Delta valves which was fine. We found some nice Delta faucets at Ferguson's for the whole bathroom. I would call Chucks Plumbing again if needed. Thanks!

Outstanding. It was the second time that I had used this company and was fortunate to have the same technician. He was very prompt, professional and di a superior job. The company is fortunate to have him as an employee and I was fortunate to have been referred to that company by Angie's List.

Recently purchased an older home and didn't know what to expect when trying to update to some newer fixtures. Chuck's plumbing was excellent! Arrived on-time and Mike the service tech was very good. Mike knew his stuff, was polite, clean and very professional. I have dealt with many plumbers over the years and this guy was great! Mike answered every question we asked and explained clearly what would be done and how much everything would cost. I would use Chuck's plumbing again for any job in my house and we are actually planning the next project right now.

Called because we were having drainage issues in a older home (new to us though, and unsure of history). Gladly agreed to service fee if for nothing else but professional information on state of existing system. Company owner, Chuck, showed up with another technician - both were extremely nice and personable. They took their time to analyze and determine multiple possible causes for our drainage issues. Because the house is very old (1942) with many additions, it was very difficult to simply probe for the septic system. In the end, the only charge that was added on was to completely remove the toilet and snake out to the septic site - which was discovered a great length away. At this point, a hole was dug to determine if the tank was simply in need of pumping. Due to the septic system being what appeared to be almost 60-70 years old and the terrible state it was in, our problems were not solved by our services here, but this was no fault of Chuck or his company. He stayed with us to speak and answer questions for the septic pump driver (who arrived shortly thereafter). All in all, I feel like Chuck's went well above and beyond, and I would highly recommend them.

The two service technicians that came were very nice, clean and helpful. They found everything to be fine and did not try to sell us anything we did not need. Will use Check's Plumbing again.

The service was completed as discussed. My only issue was with Angies' list Super Saving Deal, which I don't know if it was a miscommunication between Angies list and Chuck's plumbing or Chuck's plumbing lack of organization. The plumber had no idea of what a Angies list deal was and tried to charge us for the service rate. Besides that it all went well.

Don't ever use a company that charges a call out charge.

Everything was great. I called late in the day. Chuck's scheduled me for the next day, the technician arrived exactly on time and he did a great job. All very professional. I highly recommend Chuck's Plumbing and will use them again.

Appointment was between 10-12 and made a call that they would be a little late but they actually made it on time. Appreciated the call ahead. The comparatively was very reasonable in the price to other companies we had used in the past.

Called Chuck's plumbing for an estimate on the toilet tank repair. The toilet was older, and the better value was to have a new toilet installed. We thought they were going to install it the same day, but the plumber did not have a toilet available and had to return two days later to do the job.

Chucks Plumbing completed all the work on the new toilets that I needed without anyone home. I live out of town and we conducted all of our arrangements by phone. They cleaned up and did all the work we discussed. They did a great job.

Roots were so thick the tech had to go in with the roto rooter twice. The tech was very professional,polite,well dressed. He cleaned up after himself and was very neat while working. I was given the estimate before the work began. I thought it was expensive but it had to be done and I have never had any plumbing work done before so I didn't have any idea how much it might cost.

Super job. Couldn't be more pleased. I will return to them in the future. I now have great tasting water and ice and finally a tub that can hold water without a plastic cup being inserted into the drain hole.

Fair prices, courteous at the office, two different people handled calls, one was chuck himself, polite, courteous, business-like. The same workman did both jobs, Mike. Mike was polite, on time, courteous, positive personality, and was a fast worker (= low price) He is definitely the plumber to call seven days a week. ~ John in Tampa
