I went on Angie's List , for Plumbing reason. I need a toilet and chuck's Plumbing was running a special. Installation of a new toilet for $289.00, called chuck's Plumbing we set a date . They was on time and finished in time enough for my husband to let for work at his usual time. I give Chuck's Plumbing AAA performance/

We are very pleased with the work performed and would highly recommend Chuck's Plumbing. I especially appreciated that Mike put on shoe coverings every time he came inside the house to help keep our floors clean.

I bought the Big Deal of $99.00 for $200.00 worth of plumbing services. I called and made an appointment , it was the following week. on the day of the appointment I received a call at a little past 12:00 to say they were running late. no problem I didn't have any plans. the original appt. was 1-3 the plumber arrived at 3:20, not bad ( I also received another call when he was on the way-which I missed and since he couldn't reach me, he sent an email) I had been having problems with the second bathrooms toilet always clogging up. never overflowed, but was really annoying. He looked at the toilet and then gave me 3 options and prices, I took the medium priced option since it would be totally cover by the coupon I bought.. It took him quite some time to dislodge the item that the previous owner had gotten wedged in there. but he was ultimately successful. No idea what the item was but, the toilet works fine now, we can retire the plunger to the garage, for emergencies only. It cost $25.00 after everything, because there is a $29.00 dispatch fee, which they tell you about when you call for the appointment.

It went well. The installer was on time, professional, skilled, efficient and cleaned up beautifully after the install was completed.

Went well....tech was plesant, did a good job and seemed to know what to do when faced with an unexpected problem of the cracked pipe.

We had a water pressure problem, called Chuck?s Plumbing on a Thursday, he came the following Monday, Christmas Eve, of all times. And because it looked like we needed an entire new system he did not even charge us for the service call. He was prompt, called before coming, seemed very knowledgeable and was very professional.

The person was on time and extremely professional. He had the toilet replaced in about 40 minutes and did an excellent job of clean up afterwards.

Some hiccups, but Chuck dealt with them professionally.

Plumber was professional and explained in detail what work needed to be done and the cost.

He was on time and check my kitchen sink with both snakes. It didn't solve the problem. i would need more money. He say I have to tear the floor up. I don't want to do that. He gave me an estimate of about 4-6K to get the work done. He fixed a toilet it bak that was flushing by it self. It worked when he eas here, but is still not flushing.. I would use them again. I like the person that came out. He was really good at his work.

Everything went well. There were complications that he had to work around, which he did very easily. He went above and beyond the call of duty. We would use him again.

We bought a coupon from Chuck's Plumbing. On the morning of our appointment they sent us an e-mail telling us the name of the plumber that would be here along with his picture. We found that to be a clever and reassuring idea! Jonathan was the plumber and he did a great job replacing our toilet and installing a bidet seat on the toilet. We would definitely use Chuck's Plumbing again.

The plumber called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time. I showed him the leaking hose bib (outside) and showed him the new kitchen faucet I wanted installed. He went right to work and completed both tasks. He showed me how he had replaced the hose bib with a screw on faucet. After he had installed the new kitchen faucet, I asked him to move the single lever to the side, which he did. I was very satisfied with the quality of the service, his willingness to to listen to my questions, and his patience as he explained his work.

Toilet needed complete reworking; called Sunday late for a Monday appointmet...gave me a 12 - 2 window but called around 9 am to ask if an earlier time was ok. Showed up promptly and spent well over an hour replacing all the plumbing in the back side of the toilet.

He is great. I recommend him to my friends and family. They are on time, have fair prices, and totally clean up afterwards. They give good explanations on the work as well. Also, the truck they came in is also spotless.

Chuck arrived within an hour of calling on Sunday. He was through in a hour and did a good job.

I found Chuck's Plumbing Angie's list. They came promptly as scheduled and inspected the problems. Tech told me that I needed a new trap. He asked if I had a replacement faucet or would I like to purchase one from him. I did have a faucet that was very inexpensive and he said it probably wasn't the best choice. I decided to choose one of his. He only had two to choose from so I picked the less expensive one. Thought both were too expensive. He did a very good job.

Service went very well and we will definitely use them again in the future.

Jon was very professional and went out of his way to answer my questions (we had the water softener installed a year ago and this was our first routine maintenance on it) He explained how the softener works and showed me how to clean it out. We are considering replacing 2 toilets (they are wall mounted and have 5 gallon tanks) and Jon was able to give me an estimate immediately as well as call his office to find out how much the new toilets would be. I would highly recommend Chuck's Plumbing.

I paid for a big deal of plumbing services to have a toilet unclogged. The company was punctual and perfomed the work, but I felt the remove a small toy out of the toilet was rather expensive. The big deal I purchased was really only a down payment on the job and we ended up needing to pay another $150 when they came out to the house. Based on the "big deal", that would have been over $300 - which feels really steep for 30 minutes of work and just to unclog one toilet. Additionally, the toilet was not resealed properly when they out it back on and it started to leak slowly afterwards. I had to have another company come out down the road and reseal it to stop the leaking at the floor.

Prompt, courteous, professional - did good work, but the price seemed a little high

He was punctual. Cleaned up after himself leaving the area clean. He performed the job in a short time. I was very pleased.

they did a good job changing my faucet. The technician is friendly and professional. The only thing i am not satisfied is that they were late for more than three hours. Good that they called to inform me that they would be late in advance. I had appointment at 10am and they said they would come at 1pm. They ended up arriving at 1:30pm, so i missed my Dr's appt at 2pm. Other than that, it was good service.
