It was great. It was really simple to get the job done, and they did a great job. They were on time and very responsive. The owner of the company even followed up afterwards to make sure everything went all right. It was great service, I would definitely use them again.

We had purchased a big deal for the service and it went well. I would not use them again, because they are pricey. I was happy with the work, but not with the price.

I am very pleased with the work, the plumber was at my house earlier than the scheduled appointment time but they called first. He finished within the estimated time given also.

They were on time and efficiently completed the job. The tech went above and beyond and I was very pleased and impressed with the results of his work.

Chuck's Plumbing was very good. They were very knowledgeable. The technician tried very hard to save my old water heater, he tried all different kind of things. We bought the water heater fro them which they installed right there and then. They were here for about 4 hours total and they were just great. I did not compare the water heater purchase to anything else, I just got it from them.

It went very well, punctual, courteous, professional. Was disappointed with the quality of the toilet seat and the fact that it would not stay up for my young grandson to use the toilet. My son in law fixed the problem by adjusting the seat. I would have been happier if the installer had taken the time to insure that everything worked. The toilet installation itself was a good job and seems to work very well. He did a very nice job caulking around the floor seam.

OMG, what an amazing Owner and team. First, Chuck contacted me right away which was super, since my water bill has increased and not 100% sure how many problems I was having. We set an appointment for two days later. I received a text photo regarding service worker coming to house. TALK ABOUT SECURITY. WOW. Then worker arrived early, listened completely to my ranting and went right to work. Very professional. Very understanding and knowledgeable. He then checked to rest of the house, had some recommendation but was never pushy. I was extremely impressed. Work was done in a timely manner very efficiently. Chuck called a few hours later just to touch base regarding visit and recommendations. We are having worker come back Monday for additional recommended work. I am both grateful and pleased. Well at first, there was going to be a lot more cost involved with getting the spigot fixed. They were going to have to cut through the stucco and fix the pipe that was soldered to another pipe in the wall. I told them to not go ahead with the repair. After I was suppose to call and cancel and get the refund, the company called back and let me know they found a part that would work for the repair. They came out fixed the issue and I am now able to use the spigot without any issues. They were very professional, polite and went above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommend to anyone and I will be using them again in the future.

Michael was tech who came out. He was on time, pleasant, and extremely helpful. He performed work needed to our satisfaction. Also had him look at a water spot in the bathroom and he helped determine that it was not a pipe leak but a shower tile leak so we know how to proceed. It was our first time using Chuck's Plumbing and we won't hesitate to use them again.

It worked out very well. The company was very responsive, as soon as they called them up, they made an appointment immediately to come out here and replace the old toilet with the new one. The gentleman that came out forgot to grout the toilet then when I called back they immediately sent somebody out and took care of that, so I had absolutely no complaints. I mean we all make mistakes the fact they didn't even hestitate to came right out, fixed it and it was very impressive. I would use them again.

Michael was extremely professional and helpful. There isn't anything else to say except I would hire them again.

He was pleasant, knowledgeable, smart and I'll call their service again. HE arrived on time, did what was asked and more and was careful to answer patiently any questions I had.

They were excellent and very professional in everything they did. There was a misunderstanding with what would be included in the deal, so we did not end up using the deal.

My experience with Chuck's Plumbing went fine. There were no problems and no issues. It's been installed and works fine. They took the old toilet away and cleaned up fine. When they were done, it was just like they had never been here. We made an appointment and they arrived on time within the range of the time they gave us. The job basically took what they said it would, in time-wise. We're very happy with it.

The Plummer was well dressed and polite. He protected the floor floor from the mess and clean up after himself. Very professional .

Called to get an estimate on installing a hybrid water heater. They wanted to charge me $29 just to come out and give an estimate. I obviously told them no. Other companies were able to give estimates without charging me for the estimate.

The tech new exactly what he was doing. Mike discussed the job and the cost with me prior to beginning and did an excellent and professional job. I would highly recommend Chuck's plumbing!!!!!!

We needed to have the work done, since we built the house in 2002 and hadn't had it done before. He did a good job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were very good, I was pleased. They did what they said they were going to do, actually it may be a little bit more so that was good and I thought that they were honest. They did call me right away which I liked. They came on time, too. The deal was good but it was a large amount compared to someone else.

Toilet wasn't evacuating when flushed and the drain was clear. Replacing the tank insides made the toilet work and flushes everything now.

It went well, everything was accomplished as expected and although the job was more complex than they initially expected they stayed late on a Friday night in order to complete the job. They were very professional. It went with the complications they faced as you hoped it would.
