They installed a new valve for the water line that runs to the refrigerator and reinstalled a bathroom spout.

Plumber was prompt and professional. The kitchen drain was fixed. The toilet flushes, but is still weak. The price was beyond exorbitant--$325 for a half hour of work. The work was done on a Sunday, so apparently this is the "emergency rate." The owner will not accept the Angie's List deal ($115 for $200 worth of plumbing services) for an emergency service. Next time, I'll shop around.

Fixed a link under my kitchen sink. The service was very quick and neat. The plumber even tightened extra pipes under the sink. I was also advised on how to fix other plumbing problems. I did think the service was a bit over-priced, if I did not have the coupon. Other plumbers quoted a price consistant with the price I paid at Chuck's with the coupon. The positive note was that they were readily available and did a good job.

We have a townhome with a tree in front that had been leaning; after a big storm, the tree fell over and our front yard was flooded. We were in a panic worried that the roots had torn a pipe. Bought the "big deal" from Angie's list for Chuck's plumbing & they came out the next morning. Pretty pleased with responsiveness. The first plumber started digging trying to find the source of the leak. After a few hours, he called another plumber to help. The second guy took a look at our 3/4 buried water softener tanks and suspected that this was the source of the leak. He was right and an hour later they had shut off the water to the water softener & redirected it directly into the house. I give Chuck's high marks. I wish the first guy had spotted the water softener as the issue, but we guided him to the main pipe, so I can't completely fault him for not checking other sources first. Service was great, the first plumber made a mark on our trim while rerouting the water softener & repainted it (who does that). Follow up service from the main office was great. and they were very timely. I'd use Chuck's again.

The workman, Bobby, was very nice and personable and did a good job. He identified a couple of other minor leaks on the bathroom faucets that I did not have repaired because I felt the charge was too much for the work required.

Very pleased with the service provided by Paul, one of Chuck's plumbing techs. Chuck called to let me know Paul would be here in 30 minutes and Paul showed up in 20. Very professional and personable, we talked about the problem with the odor and he quickly determined where the issue was; replaced the disposal, put bleach in the dishwasher line, and cleaned everything up perfectly. Inspected all the rest of the plumbing, provided advice on maintaining toilets, pipes, disposals, etc, and just generally made the whole process easy. Will definitely call Chuck next time I have any plumbing issues. BTW, I used a coupon from here on Angie's List for $200 worth of work for $115, and I certainly feel I got my money's worth!

They were very good and worked very well. There was a glitch in some of the scheduling but they took care of that immediately. They were very responsive. They were exceptionally reasonably priced.

It was fine. They did the work sufficiently and left. They were very professional.

I had prior to there arrival removed the toilet and cleaned the area. Half of the parts that were used I had supplied. Took less than an hour so I thought that there price was excessive.|

The plumber arrived on time, took a look at the job, told me what needed to be done. After that, he completed the job, and cleaned up. I used Chuck's Plumbing before and was impressed, so when I needed more work, you guessed it, I called Chuck's Plumbing. GREAT WORK!

All was great. He even knew how to open the child lock, which the other company I previously used had no clue. LOL!

They were good. I had no problems. Everything was good. What's good about them is the knowledge of their problem.

Bobby was great. Courteous, professional, and offered advice. As a new homeowner, I definitely need all the advice I can get! I work by appointments as well and understand that some may go over, so I was not bothered that he came just a few min after the time they said he would be there. I completely understand. I was given a status and was told when he was on his way. I will be using them again.

I had asked for the sink drain to be snaked when I first talked to Chuck's Plumbing on the phone. First, the plumber arrived late so he did not have time to do what I wanted. I had an appointment for which I had to leave at 2PM. Had the plumber arrived on time he would have had time to snake the drain. So I paid $115 dollars for an Angies list deal ( $115 for $200 work) just to clean out the sink trap. I was very displeased and feel like I was screwed. I will never use this plumber again for any future work.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon from them. It was great. I liked the follow up and I liked the guy that came and fixed it. I liked his work and he was efficient and very friendly and knew what he was going. He was in and out and fixed the problem. They called me right afterwards to follow up to see how I liked everything and I said it was fine.

Kenny was professional and concentrated on finishing the job. He ran 50 feet of cable through the floor drain to free the main line stoppage. And he even explained to me what he did and what we could do should we have future problems. He even made sure I received my discount because I am Angie's list customer. | |The only suggestion I could provide is for their customer service over the phone. The person who answered my call was rude and impatient. Because of this, I could easily choose another plumbing service. I hope this issue will be resolved.

That was good. We ended up paying considerably more for the tank work. So overall from a price perspective, I don't think that it was such a great deal. It was probably what I would have paid a plumber that I hired from the street. I didn't get the feeling that I got a great deal.

They got the drain opened, they used a big snake for it, but it was an additional $50 on top of the Big Deal I bought (I paid $99 for $200 worth of service). I was a little disappointed with the price, but they were on time, professional and did a good job. I would use them if I got another Big Deal, but not at their regular rate.

They are very nice, I just prefer to pay hourly for my services. The prices that they charge for each item they do seems a bit high, and I don't like that the receptionist can't tell you what the price is to rebuild a toilet. They are not the only ones that do this, I just found a different plumber for some other things that I need taken care of now that charges by the hour plus parts.

Was able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours. Bobby was our Plumber, who was professional and took pride in keeping the area clean through the house and the area working on. Will definitely go on our list as our family plumber (we have already used for the second time with the same professionalism).

Job went fine. Paul had to return a second time to fix a minor leak created by the original work, but he was very professional and did a good job on both visits.
