I would recommend Chuck's Plumbing to everyone. From talking to Chuck on the phone to William coming to check what was wrong with my hot water heater. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Chuck was upfront with any costs that might be associated with the problem I told him I was having (thanks to the flashing light at different intervals on my heater). He sent William out within a few hours (with a phone call prior to him coming and an expected time, AND an email with photo of who I could expect). It turned out to be such a simple fix (that I almost feel silly, but I am not too comfortable trying to fix my gas run appliances myself).. I was charged the (small) fee for the service call- which, compared to others, was nominal. No one tried to sell me anything else ~absolutely no pressure to have them "do this" or "do that" for more money. I will definitely feel confident in having them come back if I have a bigger plumbing issue in the future! Thanks guys!

On time; professional; informative

Big clog in my kitchen drain. Chuck's Plumbing was listed on Angie's list with a coupon. $115 for $200 of plumbing work. Got the coupon, called Chucks. They couldn't get to me for two days but that was ok with me (dinner out!) Paul came to the door. Very pleasant. Looked at the drain and explained how he was going to check it out. Within an hour or so he had flushed the drain from the outside trap. Worked great. The $168 includes the cost of the coupon and the remaining balance. I am pleased.

The job was fine but I am not sure if the price was that great. I am not saying that it was not great. I am just saying that I do not know that it was because I did not compare it others. I paid $115 for $200 worth of plumbing but they charged me $29 to give me a price and then they charged me an additional $50 or $60 on top of that, so I ended up paying closer to the $200 as it was. The experience was fine overall. They were right on time and they did what they said they were going to do but I am not sure that I would do that again. I would not buy the big deal again. I would probably just go with another plumbing company that I have worked with and that would quote a price. They did not do anything wrong, I just do not know if the value was there. I am undecided if I would use them again in the future.

The plumber showed up when scheduled called first got there and did his work pretty well but very quickly.

The plumber arrived on time. He showed me the problem before he repaired it. He was very cordial and explained in detail the work he was completing. He also inspected other plumbing in the house. No pressure was given for me to repair anything else. I was completely satisfied. Would definitely us Chuck?s Plumbing again.

I was very impressed and glad I used Chuck's Plumbing. From the first call Chuck was very friendly and polite. I got a background check report with a photo ID of the person who would be coming out. They were running late the day of service and I got a call telling me so. The guy who came, Michael, was very professional. Very friendly and thorough. I wasn't pressured into any sales pitches or nonsense. I was disappointed on the price quoted to run the copper line through the cabinets however. I think that it could be priced more competitively to make it an easier decision. I will use them again and will recommend them to others.

The technician was punctual. I had explained the past history that I had over the past several months and he chose to remove the toilet. He discovered and showed me that the last company that had reset the toilet used the wrong seal causing a tiny leak. Chuck's Plumbing replaced the wax ring with the correct one, re-grouted around the toilet. No problems since. Will definitely use again.

I have had 3 appointments to him to come and he hasn’t shown up for any of them. He hasn’t called. I have no trust in him. I will not be using the coupon.

Chuck's provided excellent service and professionalism. The service man was on the job for over 6 hours, and performed all the needed work in a very friendly and helpful manner. He even scoped a mystery sewer cleanout behind the house to find the nature of the extra line. I was very happy and impressed with the work. Will definitely use Chuck's again.

I called them late in the evening and asked for an appointment next morning. The technician came exactly on time, assessed the area of the leak, and provided me with the estimate. To detect the exact spot where the floor needs to be opened they brought in a guy who specializes on leak detection - within 1 hr the detection specialist was at my house which is amazingly fast, especially considering a short notice. An hour later the exact leak spot has been identified and they immediately started the repair. Considering the amount of work the repair has been completed very quickly. The work was done in a very professional manner; after repairing the leak, the technician repaired the whole in the floor with the fresh concrete and thoroughly cleaned up the old concrete pieces and other mess. It is not the 1st time I am using Chuck's services and as always - I AM VERY SATISFIED. All technicians that work for Chuck's - as well as those employees who works the phones/Customer service - are always very friendly, informative, thorough, reliable, and definitely know what they are doing. Great experience. For any plumbing work - big or small - I will be using Chuck's Plumbing and highly recommend it to others.

The technician used an infrared device to determine the location of the leak. Once the leak was located, he had to remove some tiles. When the house was built in 1995, a nail directed at the stud in the shower pierced the pipe. It took all those years for the nail to rust and eventually cause the leak. The plumber was very polite and explained the work. He was very neat and used drop cloths and shoe covers to contain the inevitable mess. I really appreciated his clean up efforts. He left a plug in the shower head pipe so if someone were to turn on the valve, the water would not flow into the shower. I purchased a Big Deal for this service which saved me $85.

It went good. I did not know what $200 worth of plumbing was. I had a small problem and he fixed it. I did not get my monies worth. I did learn a lot about plumbing. He seemed knowledgeable and friendly. I would not use them again.

I contacted Chuck's Plumbing on Monday, 1/6/2014. I have broken drains (under concrete slab) in two bathrooms. After consulting Angie's List I contacted three plumbing companies for estimates. An appointment was scheduled for Wednesday (1/8/2014) afternoon between 2:00 and 4:00. About 4:30 I received a call, they were running late so another appointment was scheduled for Saturday (1/11/2014) afternoon. They never showed and did not call. Today is Tuesday, 1/14/2014 and they still have not contacted me to explain why they missed the appointment.

Great. Original problem, I noticed water leakage from one toilet. To avoid future repairs, went ahead and got brand new toilet bowl flush valve kits.

The relationship with Chuck's Plumbing began when I purchased a coupon from Angie's List ($99 for $200 of plumbing work). From then on, the communication was excellent. I had an initial discussion with Chuck regarding the work I was considering (replacing the kitchen faucet was very straightforward but the hot water circulation problem had several solutions). For the new faucet, I had the choice of providing my own new unit or Chuck's would bring a few choices the day of installation. We decided to shop and pick out our own (Fergusun's Plumbing Supply had an excellent selection). The water circulation problem I was trying to solve was that it takes roughly 5 minutes of running water to get it hot in the kitchen (because of far proximity to hot water heater). Chuck explained the different options over the phone but recommended that the technician could give a much better comparison/ recommendation after seeing my house setup. I agreed and scheduled an appointment. Chuck's gives reminder calls, email reminders with photo and bio of technician and head's up call when technician is on the way. They get an A+++ for communication, this is the way every contractor should operate. The technician, Bobbie, was very polite and professional. After reviewing the space under my sink and the location/access to the hot water heater, Bobbie was able to easily explain my options (and prices for each) for getting hot water to the kitchen faucet faster. I selected the circulating pump method and Bobbie got to work. At completion, Bobbie explained features of the new equipment. Work areas were also thoroughly cleaned and you could tell by looking at the new stuff that it was professionally installed. And last but not least, the circulating pump provides instant hot water at the kitchen faucet when needed. You might find a plumbing outfit that can beat Chuck's prices (I don't think they are the "economy" plumbing company) but you'd have a very hard time finding a plumbing outfit with more experience, professionalism and/or better communication skills. When it comes to something as important as plumbing, price is not my #1 priority anyhow. I highly recommend Chuck's Plumbing for any/all plumbing needs.

They did a good job. They did very well, I like what they did, I like the way they did it, they told me who was coming, we even told they had his background checked and all that kind of stuff so it was pretty cool. I paid extra for the extra work that I contracted for him and it was $100. I saw that it was a special deal when I looked at it. We'll use them again for something else.

Replaced a shower diverter and plugged a pipe leak.

Everything went very smoothly . He hooked up the faucet, sink, dishwasher, and disposal in kitchen, reinstalled toilet in bathroom, and installed new faucet in the garage laundry sink. He was here about 5 hours on 11/26. I had them come back to fix a drip under the sink on 12/7 and they did it with no additional charge. I paid $115 for the $200 worth of plumbing work but I also had to pay him an additional $359 for the work he performed.... so it was $464 all together.

Chucks and his crew installed an new tankless water heater in our home. The were professional and prompt from start to finish. I had originally met Chuck through an "Angie's List Deal" for some incidental toilet repairs. I was so impressed I hired them for this larger job. The will be my "go to" gas and plumbing folks. I have already recommended them to friends and neighbors.

It looks like he did a good job and everything is working well now. The plumber noticed that the showerknob didn't have a long enough screw to secure it properly and replaced that as well. He answered all of my questions and was very professional.

It was an excellent experience. Mike was our plumber and he was outstanding. Chuck gave us the call ahead of time, and conducted a customer survey after Mike had left. We have found our plumbing team!

Everything went well! Bobby was punctual and very professional! He replaced a part in my hot water heater that should now extend the life of the tank! I will definitely use them again!

I called on 12/26/2013 and got an appointment for that day. They called me when he was on his way, and also sent me an email so I would have a picture of the employee coming. My toilet was leaking from the top part. Dave immediately saw the problem and said he would replaced a seal. At the same time, I requested he replace all the insides. He had everything with him to do the job and quickly did it. He was very courteous and professional
