We will always use Chuck's plumbing going forward. This was a great experience with very kind and knowledgable plumbers.

My experience went very well. The staff was very professional and friednly while visiting. I was pleased with the outcome for the service and would recommend this company to others.

It went great. They came out the next day. I had to pay extra. They were expensive and the quality okay. They are busy and scheduling was not easy. I would not use them again.

Paul was our plumber. He arrived on time, was efficient and professional. He installed and removed a toilet and installed a hot water heater/faucet in our kitchen. It's been about a week and there have been no issues with either. They honored my AL coupon and the prices seemed reasonable. I will definitely use Chuck's again.

The repair went well. I was uncomfortable with the fact that I knew exactly what I needed to have done, already had the parts, and it was a fairly simple job, but Chuck’s absolutely would not give me even a ballpark price without coming out to look at it, and they change $55 I believe to do so. This was not a major plumbing issue that needed to be inspected, this was the valves for a washing machine

It worked out very well. I had some additional worked done. I had two dripping faucets. They were on time. They made a big effort not to get the floors dirtier or leave a mess in the sink and the tub.

The service turned out really well. They were on time and had good communication. They were friendly and professional. I was happy with the service.

The plumber was great. I had a seal under the commode that wouldn’t stop leaking. He was at my home for about 3 hours and rebuilt a pipe under the toilet.

However I am not sure about the quality of the part that was used but the back flow valve has started leaking again.

Got a call right before the plumber came telling me the name of the plumber and how long until he came. Bobby the plumber was nice, personable, and professional. He explained an each case scenario as he attempted to find a leak. He explained all costs as they came up, and in the end the cost was not nearly as much as I was expecting. Once he found water damage he contacted a water damage team to come help with the moisture. The team that came was also professional and very nice. I would absolutely use Chucks plumbing again!! They are professional, kind, and Trustworthy!!!

The service was prompt and efficient. Simple procedure for someone that knows what they're doing! The young man that came to my house know what he was doing.

I spoke with the service provider and we couldn’t find an appointment time within desired my schedule. He was very nice. I would use him in the future if he was a bit closer my home

Professional - Chuck came out and provided me with 3 estimates based on my needs and the options I could choose from. He answered questions via email prior to scheduling install which was very helpful in making the decision. The day of install they called to inform me they were running late that day and offered to reschedule if the delay would not work with my schedule- it didn't but appreciated the option. The contracted Electrician had some challenges with installing outside outlet but the plumbers used the time to prep all the supplies, etc. Installation was done as described and they took the time to walk me through everything and flushed out all my sinks and toilets after running the system. They cleaned up everything afterward even wiping where they walked inside the house, which was a nice surprise. Everything has been working well and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Paul arrived promptly, was very professional and quoted the job prior to installation. Being new to the Tampa area, I am not familiar with the cost of professional services, price seemed a bit high, but the coupon made it affordable. Paul was polite, knowledgable and efficient. He installed the faucet and I was very pleased with the work and clean up. I received a follow up call shortly after Paul left, which I thought was great customer service.

They were very good and did exactly what they were supposed to.

Chuck called ahead to notify me of arrival of the plumber. Bobby, the plumber arrived on time. He put down an outdoor mat and foot covers before he entered the house. He was professional, amazingly quick and capable. Anyone would be lucky to have him as your plumber. Chuck's provided a complimentary review of all plumbed areas to assure all areas were functional. Bobby gave some suggestions for future improvements without any pressure. It was an appreciated service.

After purchasing "the deal" for $115 I planned to use this plumber to disassemple bathroom and kitchen fixtures in preparation for new countertops. I honestly feel taken advantage of on this as I spent $115 up front and ended up with an astronomical quote. Don't expect a reasonable price from this supplier.

I purchased a $99 Angie's List deal ($200 value) for Chuck's Plumbing (after a full day of unsuccessful attempts ourselves). Chuck's Plumbing immediately emailed me to acknowledge the purchase and appointment date/time, and followed up with an email about the specific plumber (name, photo, experience, background check) prior to the appt. The plumber was prompt, quick, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in detail. Two weeks later still no leaks. Chuck's was quick, quality and friendly; and Angie's List made it affordable. THANKS!

They did a great job and the work was quality....Very professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again....Plus they were here when they said they would be......That's priceless ...to me anyway.

The plumber arrived on time. He covered his shoes to protect flooring. He identified problem and fixed it. He informed me what he was doing to repair the problem and completed the job in a timely manner. He was very professional and pleasant to speak with. I will definitely use Chuck's again,

We were very pleased with Chuck's Plumbing! They came out and fixed a problem on our master bath shower and then took a look at our main bath shower as well. We used the coupon to fix the main bath shower and were thrilled with the savings. They were courteous, prompt, and very helpful. We would definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.
