The work was excellent. They worked with me very well, were on time and very thorough. I would recommend them and am planning on using them in the future.

They got the job done in about an hour and a half. They sent one guy out to do the job. The scheduling was fine. The plumber was very congenial, frank, and honest about everything which was very beneficial.

I was pleased with the promptness of the call when I purchased the $99 deal for $200 of plumbing work. He checked the entire house and cleaned out a bathroom pop-up drain that was slow for no extra charge. He also was able to educate me about how to turn water off to the house with our well and give me a price for cleaning out the tankless water heater. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will use them again!

Water pressure from water heater was low. Inspection showed lines partially clogged with mineral deposits. Water heater was 10 years old. So I had new water heater installed. Installers had to move washer and dryer for access to unit. New shut off valve also installed. Work done to my complete satisfaction.

They are extremely expensive and even with the Big Deal value, the cost for the work was greater than some other options we found. We have requested a refund for the Big Deal. They were very professional and responded quickly but the cost was prohibitive for us.

As a pecautionary and safety measure, I wanted the grab bars installed primarily for my wife (who is partially handicapped). Chuck's Plumbing was my choice to do the work. I had contacted one other company, but they did not respond to the message. I sent the request for an estimate to XYZ company through Angie's List. I then contacted Chuck's Plumbing and he responded immediately ad we settled on a schedule that worked for both of us. His technician, Paul, was professional and personable. I even received from Chuck's Plumbing an ID photo of Paul prior to his scheduled arrival. While this was more of a carpentry/construction project, Paul very capably completed the project. He arrived within the schduled time period and It took him two hours to complete the project. He did a superb job. Paul cleaned up after his work and I would definitely want to use Chuck's and Paul's services again if their charges were fairly close to some other Angie's A-List contractors. Let me explain this in the following paragraph. I considered this project a "must-do" and paid the cost charged. I did have a $115.00 Angie's Deal for $200.00 of work. The total bill came to $499.00, which matched the intial estimate.Consequently, the cost to me was $414.00. Botttom line was a cost of $499.00 for a total of two hours of work. I believe aproximately $250.00 per hour was somewhat excessive, especially since I provided the $90.00 grab bars for the job. I guess I did not realize that $250.00 per hour for a plumbing contractor must be somewhat of an industry standard. On the other hand, I definitely received a great job and would use Chuck's Plumbing again if his charges were anywhere close to estimates from other Angie's List plumbers.

My whole experience was awesome. Right after I bought the deal I was contacted within 24 hours. My appointment was set for the next week. The day before the appointment I received an email with a picture of the technician who would be arriving the next day. The contents also listed the date of the last background check which was completed on the technician who would be performing my work. The next morning they called and said they were ahead of schedule and could they come early. You hardly ever get those calls. Bobby was my tech and when he arrived he immediately put on shoe covers. He took the time to tell me what he would be doing and then show me everything as he was doing it. In addition to the water heater flush, he checked every device water comes out of or runs through in the house. Shower heads, sinks, toilets, faucets (inside and out). He made a few minor adjustments to a few faucets and discovered a problem with one of my toilets. It didn't seem to flush properly. He discovered a plastic nut stuck in there but even after removing it the toilet still wasn't 100%. He said it was just old (13 years). He gave me two options for toilets - never pressured me into replacing it. Told me I could probably do it myself. I opted to have him replace. He made a few phone calls and went and picked up a new toilet, brought it back and installed it on the spot. For everything that he accomplished and the amount of time he spent at my home, I feel the amount of money I spent for the service I received was appropriate. I will never call anyone else for my plumbing needs! These folks were all over it!

Used an Angies List coupon to bring my actual cost to $336. They were prompt and very professional. I really liked that they sent an email the night before with a picture of the tech who did the job. The total cost was just a tad more then I expected but to be fair I did not get any quotes from other plumbers. Definitely would use them again.

The service worked out great. The technician who came out was very personable, knowledgeable and direct. He did his job and did it well and was also very neat. The whole process was very effortless compared to past experiences. I plan on using him again to install a dishwasher.

They were good. They did a good job, they came when they were supposed to, they were clean, and they were good. The price was a very good deal. To get a plumber here for 99 Dollars is like a miracle.

I contacted Chuck's Plumbing and was informed that the purchased deal was for owner occupied homes only, so I was unable to use the Angie's List deal but scheduled a visit at regular price for today. Barbara was courteous and informative during the scheduling. I'm now waiting for the appointment time to determine fix action and total cost to what appears to be leaky pipes in the ceiling.

I had just purchased an older home and discovered that the washing machine drain was not able to handle the volume of water from my washing machine. I contacted Chuck's Plumbing and they responded immediately. We were able to set up an appointment within a few days of my initial contact. The service person arrived promptly and spent a fair amount of time analyzing the problem and suggesting several different options. Thanks to his advise I was able to determine the problem was a break in the drain pipe which was easily fixed. I am very pleased with the price and quality of service I received and will certainly use Chuck's Plumbing for any future needs.

After purchasing the deal, I learned that you cannot schedule the appointment on that same day. They were able to come the following day for the work. They arrived a little late, but it was not too bad. One man completed the work and left no mess behind. There were additional fees beyond the cost of the deal and I feel that they might have been a little expensive. Everything turned out fine. I have no complaints with the work.

When I purchased the deal, it stated that he would contact us within a few days. However, he never contacted us and I had to contact them to schedule an appointment. He arrived at the time he said he would be there. He checked out all of the toilets, found leaks, and repaired them after he got the approval from us. He kept me informed on everything that he did and I really appreciated his service. He checked everything out and ensured everything was working properly. He spent a better part of the day at the house. He was up front and explained everything that he found and was honest about the costs. He left no mess behind and cleaned up well after the job was complete. He did get the job done well.

After purchasing the coupon I received a call from the owner thanking me for the purchase and let me know I just needed to call and let them know when I was ready to have them do the job. On the scheduled day I received an email with the inforomation about the plumber who would be coming out. It had his photo along with informaion that inclueded the last time a background check was done on him! I thought this is great! I also received a call when the plumber was on his way. It cost me a little more tha i expected (I had previously received a quote from another company) but he had to replace the shut off valve and a couple of small parts. Overall it cost me the coupone and another $225 but it was worth it. The gentleman was friendly, got right to work and cleaned up after he was finished. I was amazed when I walked into the bathroom, you would never have known I just had the work done. I will use them again.
