Chuck's Plumbing

Tech came to the home and inspected my water heater. He provided prices to repair the existing water heater or replace with a new water heater. I chose to have a new heater installed since the unit in my home was many years old. I placed an appointment to have the new heater installed on a Saturday. The tech arrived and installed the new water heater without any issues.

I've used this provider 2 other times in the past month and had received good service. This time the technician seemed more interested in finding possible future repairs rather than fixing the problem that was reported. Even provided an estimate to have my entire home repiped, which was unnecessary.

Everything went fine, it is a recurring problem. Even with telling the service coordinator ahead of time what the problem is iv'e had prices range from $75 to $250. This was on the higher end but no-one will quote me over the phone. The person who came out was very professional and supper nice.

The technician called that morning to confirm arrival time. He was prompt, professional, friendly and courteous . He explained what he would be doing, installed the toilet and was very tidy during the process. He also did a free plumbing inspection of our home. We are happy with our new toilet and our experience of Chuck's plumbing was excellent . We would definitely recommend this company. Thank you! Hilary Pearson.

Fantastic! I bought the $200 deal for $115 and they were out within 24 hours. Bobby arrived during the 8-10am window and did a fantastic job. My in-laws were with him while I was at a dentist appointment. When I scheduled the appt, I asked the dispatcher to let Bobby know that he was not to accept or talk of the bill in front of my in-laws, because I didn't want them to feel obligated to pay for it. He went outside and called my husband to get an OK on the price before proceeding with the work. They have great follow up and follow through. Book here!

The service was good. They did a good job with the work.

Well done in every respect. There were two options available to deal with the plugged drain . One would have involved a power driven procedure which Paul avoided using by persisting with a manual approach although this required considerable and prolonged effort. He explained that the power driven approach might have damaged the drain pipe which is old and possibly rather fragile (Installed in 1968) and which would have been very costly to repair. Good thinking.

He covered all this work under the price of the Big Deal. He was very proficent. They came out the next day after purchase and was very nice. There were no issues at all.

Bobby, the plumber was very knowledgable about my plumbing needs. It was a big job to get all my plumbing needs complete. He wrote up an extimate allowing me to choose what grade of parts I wanted to use. After that Bobby wrote up a written proposal for me to review. Everything was in order so Bobby began his work. He was very quiet, efficiant, and completed the work in no time at all. I think I was most impressed by the cleanliness of the work. There was a red mat outside my door to keep him from tacking in dirt and he wore shoe coverings as well. Another great benefit for using Chuck's Plumbing is that I received an email the day before my service. In this email was a picture of Bobby along with his certification. This way, when my door bell rang I recognized him and felt comfortable allowing him into my home. Great Job Chuck's Plumbing

Staff was friendly, professional, and showed up on-time. Work was done quickly and to a high standard. My only complaint would be the price...swapping out a provided kitchen faucet cost nearly $300, which I though was on the high side. Installing faucets and drains on rough-in plumbing was around $500/sink. However, sometimes professionalism and punctuality is worth the price. I might use again because the experience was great...but I would definitely get a few quotes first.

Plumber did a great job; was neat and clean and personable; also gave me a quote on replacing our 12 year old water heater which we plan to do very soon; we will use Chuck's Plumbing for this job too.

Went well. First day they quoted problems. They needed a part, so came back second time to fix the one shower we wanted fixed. Something broke while they were fixing it, no fault of theirs, so they ordered a replacement handle and came back a third time to complete the job.

My tenant is happy toilet no longer leaking.
