I was very satisfied with their work and professionalism. Both times I contracted them they responded to phone calls immediately and appeared at my house ready to work when promised. The cost for repiping was in line with what I believed I would have to pay to have this done ( upon searches on the internet and contact with other homeowners who had this done previously.) I have to hand it to the guys repiping my house, they had to work in a confined space -- I have limited crawl space underneath my house. Not the ideal working environment.

The office responded the same day I called. She was able to get a technician to come out the next day. The office staff called to give me a heads up when he was on his way. Bobby was very nice and seems to be efficient. He was able to fix everything in one hour after he gave me a quote.

There were no troubles with scheduling. They made sure to be able to find out where the biggest area of concern would be and making sure that we would use our money through the deal most appropriately. The technician was very knowledgeable in being able to do what he needed to do. The company itself was really wonderful. I would use their services again.

We had a main line clearance break. It shut our lab down. We called them, because we were a regular customer. They said they would get someone out later that day. We called back early afternoon and were then told that they were doing an $8000 job and they were not going to put that ahead of our issue. They were quite rude. I will never use them again and hope no one else does either.

They were good. I bought their $99 Big Deal; I paid additional $380 for I had a toilet installed. It was a little bit more expensive than what I was planning. I bought the toilet myself and I thought it was a little bit steep to have a toilet put in. They were really nice but they were two hours late getting here but they were pretty quick to call me and set up the appointment. I had to call them to find out why they were not here.

It went really well. There were no hidden fees and they were very helpful. No issues and I'd recommend them!

The total cost for a new water heater was about $700. They were pretty straightforward about the explanation of the problems. They opened up our old water heater and showed us the problems. We went with them to install a new water heater; they were able to do that the same day. Two employees were able to do the work for us and I felt that they were courteous and did a good job.

Mike and Cleveland were very polite and professional. They found and repaired the leak under the house and showed me the two leaking elbow joints which needed replacement. They also replaced three leaking shutoff valves under the sink, Total time on site was approximately 2 hrs and 45 minutes. Price for entire job was what I expected and in line with what plumbers charge in todays market,

This was the best plumbing experience I have ever had. I own several rental properties and have used different plumbing companies in the past. By far this was the best experience ever. I had chase and his apprentice show up to the property to fix a leak I had in a bathroom. They were very courteous and professional. Have me a ton of tips on Maintenon and how to avoid problems in the future. Not to mention they were able to fix everything under the Angie's list coupon.

Great installation job, left no mess whatsoever. Friendly service technician. No problem working with the company in upgrading the offer from standard toilet to tall-boy for an additional agreed upon price. The toilet was delivered with the wrong color tank, so the service tech. waited here until a tank of the proper color was delivered. All in all a very good experience with this vendor. First time Angie's List user here.

Everything went well. I just didn't need the service anymore. Found out I was still on warranty with another company.

Very patient with me and my curious kids. He even did a small fix on another toilet for free. Very nice and professional.

Service was prompt as well as very friendly and professional. The Plumber checked all of his work and stayed a little extra to repair a leak in the new valves and insure that it was fixed.

We were not pleased with him. The quote was almost $1,200. He looked at the showers and said that the handles were defective and they would cost $250 each and it would be another $250 to replace the faucets. The quote was way high. He went around to the showers and messed with them. I started messing with the showers later and figured how to work with them correctly and I got them to work. He would have ripped me off for like $750. His quote was astronomically high and he was trying to cheat me.

I couldn't be more impressed with this company. The customer service representative was very profesional and followed up with a heads up that the service tech was coming 45 min in advance. My service tech, Mike, was prompt pleasant and efficient and was done within a hour. And, the valve looks and works wonderfully. From my call to the service call was only a couple of hours at the most. I did not rate the price of my services because I have nothing to compare it with. But, I had a $30.00 coupon from Angie's list and I can't imagine they were not competitive. What a great experience!!

I know we live in FL but I just do not see any pipes on the outside walls of people's houses. Plus he came in with a bid twice as high as another Angie's List plumber. If I were you -- make sure to get another bid from another plumber before having him do any work for you.

They did come late for the job. The people were thorough and professional. There were extra charges as they had to do it from the roof as they were not able to find the clean out.

Purchased deal Called and scheduled appointment Told that I would receive an email with tech's name and proof of background check (W-O-W) Received call from Chuck (owner) the day before to confirm some details. My maiden name is on my paypal account and the appointment was under my married name. He called due to the discrepancy. (Again, W-O-W) Received email with the tech's name, photo and details. (W-O-W) My window was 10am-12pm and I received a call from Chuck at 10:58 am stating that I was the tech's next appointment. He was delayed as the last customer asked that he look at something else, but he should be calling me shortly stating that the tech is on his way. I was so impressed by everything up to this point. Chuck called again at 11:37 am stating that the tech was on his way and should arrive in about 20 minutes, depending on traffic. Bobby called from the gate at 11:59. He was extremely personable from the second I opened the door. Once I opened the garage and explained the issue with our water heater, he immediately confirmed our suspicions that something was not right. At the end of the water heater flush, and general inspection of plumbing, he provided the various quotes and options. I definitely recommend this company. My only complaint is that I don't feel the "whole house plumbing inspection" is worded properly. All he did is check the toilets, look under the sinks and check the water pressure. I would expect a more thorough inspection based on the wording (even if it is accurate).

I provided the new hot water heater, Chuck's Plumbing did the labor and new plumbing. They were on time, professional, clean, and seemed to know what they were doing.

We just moved into a new house and we're having problems with the well water. I thought it might be the hot water heater since it was old (20 yrs old). The serviceman arrived punctually, was very courteous, knowledgable and even helped me understand the equipment that I have. He did an awesome job and told me it wasn't the hot water heater that was my problem. On another note, while he was there, I asked him to replace some rusty plumbing in one of our bathrooms. He was excellent, fast and Chuck's gave us a very nice discount on the service. Thank you Chuck's! We'll definitely use you in the future.
