Like I mentioned we did not have any major issues but a few things that I wanted an idea of the costs to repair or replace. Once we discussed and I was informed of what my cost was two repair or replace I made the decision with no pressure to correct all but two of the minor issues. I would highly recommend Chuck's Plumbing to anyone. They will give you an idea if the issue was minor (nothing really needs to be done) or if you have some serious to deal with. They give you your options and leave it up to you if you do not want to do anything or if you want to have them resolve it. The reason why the cost seems to be a lot is one of the items I had replaced I wanted to something new since the house is a 1990's house and did not want it repaired.

They were prompt. The technician came out right away and he was very honest about my water heater. He did work on my rental property.

They were on time, and fix several items quickly. The tech was professional and worked very fast. I would definitely use them again.

I contacted Chuck's to help me fix a pipe on the outside of my house that was leaking due to a broken conduit between pipes. The pipe was routed to my outside shower and hose. I contacted them on a Monday morning at 9am and they arrived at my house promptly at noon the same day as scheduled. The serviceman was very professional and straightforward about the price and what was involved in the repair. I am very satisfied with the quality of work. I would definitely recommend Chuck's for plumbing issues. They were prompt, fairly priced, and professional.

Called Chuck's Plumbing based on good reviews. They were very responsive. Sent out Paul the same day to give me an estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable, informed, and helpful. He came out to do the work a few days later - I was given the appointment time and day that I requested. I received both an email to confirm and a call when he was about a half hour out. I asked specifically for Paul and got him. The job took most of the day. He was very professional and took care to keep my house clean walking back and forth from outside to inside. He did an excellent job and explained everything he did. I would absolutely use this company again. The total price paid included a new hot water heater and the day of work to install that and the other items which we supplied.

The guy was actually an entire hour early and was very polite and honest, he told me that I would need a new water heater because mine is done (over 13 years old and warn out). Once he said that he gave me a list of prices that they offer and also gave me a few different alternative ways I could go about getting a new one, which I liked. He then went on to check on my two leaky toilets in which he fixed within 15 minutes (without any extra charge). He also checked on my washer to see if the problem I had been having was plumbing related or machine related and when he couldn't fix that he suggested I get someone who knows more about washing machines to come out and look at it.

I couldn't have been more satisifed with the job that Chuck's plumbing did, the price they did it at, and the proffesionalism of the staff who came out to do the work. (including the receptionist Cynthia). I am in the process of scheduling one more service call to replace the final spicket and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

I could hear a leak behind my shower/tub valve. It was leaking behind the wall between the bathroom and bedroom. Also, I discovered a leak in the PVC water supply line while I was turning the water off at the water meter. I called Chuck?s Plumbing and they made an appointment for the next day at about noon. Paul of chuck?s plumbing came out and fixed the leaks within 3 hours. He was very knowledgeable and did a profession job. He used a special tool for replacing the leaky copper pipes. While he was here I ask him to put a water main shut off valve in my garage so if a similar event happens again I can turn off the water without going outside to the water meter. I happy with the quality of work and expertise that was displayed by Chuck?s Plumbing and Paul. I plan to hire them again to rebuild my shower valve. Work was started and completed on 7/16/14 and cost: Repaired pin hole leak cold water side of shower valve $149.00; Repaired cracked PVC connection to meter: $311.00. Installed shut off valve at old location of water softener: $99.00 Total was $559.00

Bought the coupon and needed it almost immediately. They came out and identified the blockage as a plug that the kids secretly completely pushed down into the drain. Fixed it in 15 minutes. The house is old so they could have easily charged me much more than just a service call. They kept open the balance of the coupon as a credit. Will definitely use them in the future.

I contacted the plumbing company for an appointment and the person scheduling was pleasant and made the arrangements quickly. The appointment was scheduled for only a few days after a request and the company emailed me the name and picture of the plumber who would be coming out to perform the service. The plumber arriving was exactly the person they had indicated by email. The plumber was friendly and explained the water heater draining procedure and as the heater was drained, showed me the contents that were being drained by hose into the street outside. While the water heater was being slowly drained, plumber went all through the house and checked water pressure in all faucets and even back flushed a few pipes on the first floor where water pressure was a little low in a couple of cases. When water was flowing free of debris from the water heater, the hose was detached and any remaining water in the heater area was dried. Plumber was there about 60-90 minutes and did a very professional job.

I was told by the provider that they do not service my areas of pinellas county so was unable to use the service. was able to get a full refund from angies list. no harm, no foul.

Install went fine. When he turned off water he advised us of gas smell near water shut-off valve. We called People's Gas and they fixed leak.

We first purchased a replacement toilet from Chuck's Plumbing, and months later purchased a second. Months later, one of the toilets caused a major problem. Chuck personally called another company to handle the problem. After all was done, he replaced the brand of toilet that caused the problem. This owner (of Chuck's Plumbing) is honest and caring. He treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. Truly a model of a small businessman. Worthy of your trust.

The service went alright. I thought I was getting something different than what I had purchased. I had them work on a couple of toilets for us. I felt like the deal was more of a way for the company to get their foot in the door to charge you more for what you need done. I do not plan on buying a deal again. I had no issues with scheduling.

It went excellent. Dealing with them up front and finding out what equipment they recommended and they worked with me. It went beautifully. They send you an email about the person that is coming to your house and it is very helpful and trustworthy. You feel at ease with them coming into your home.

It was good. It was something really minor. He was young inexperience guy. It was such an easy job. He knows what he was doing. He was really friendly. They provided professional service. They were in a timely manner and very easy to deal with. They’re expensive. $200 is kind of expensive for what he did. I tried to get it done before I moved in. They came and made it in a couple of days.

Mike explained every thing when he did the work. he did not leave a mess and when he was done the area was like no work was done, He was great and if he saw something he let us know. I will call them anytime I need work done. I would recommend them any time. Again great job!

I had scheduled Chucks to come out during a 2 hour window. I arranged my schedule for this. I was called 45 minutes before the window was up to see if i could be in the next window. I declined. Not a real big deal but that's what happened. on another the hand i do like the fact that they send you an email with the technicians picture.

It was a little disappointing. I’d purchased a faucet and they said that they couldn’t install it because the way countertop was. However, he had one in the truck that I purchased to use. My faucet didn't work, no fault to him. But we have a nice faucet to replace one that wasn't working before. Two gentlemen came and they were punctual and clean.

Repair man did a good job. My problem was he did took much up selling and when doing that he kept say we don't try to get you to do or buy better or more. I didn't buy more and that was that.

I purchased a deal to have the service completed. The company did everything they said and were prompt with their appointment. During the inspection, they found a leak that was soaking the insulation and recommended That I replace the water heater (as I suspected needed done). they offered me quotes for two different systems, but I still had a home warranty on my home on my home so opted for the free replacement through that instead. would definitely use them in the future though should a problem arise or for general maintenance.

Called the day before service was to occur and made an appointment for the next day. Left work early to get service done. After two hour window went by and no one called or came by I called the office and was told my appointment was not in the system. Although the lady I spoke with the second time was nice and apologetic my time was wasted and I will never use this company again.

They were on time, courteous and did a fantastic job. I was not there and my father was and they treated my father with the utmost respect. We are very happy with the installation. There was no mess and everything seems to be working great.

They did the work, but I think they overinflated the price. The coupon didn't help at all, I didn't save any money in the end. They quoted one of my friends less than they had quoted me. It took them about an hour to complete.
