It went okay. I just think cosmetically it would have been installed a bit better.

It went well. The technician was personable. They positioned it in one place but I couldn't get between it. I wanted a couple inches away but it was easy to move it. It's looks really nice. I got a rebate from TECO since I have a gas water heater.

Quick and efficient. Would use their service again

I had no idea what was wrong with my shower or why I wasn't getting hot water. They were very prompt, even early. Which was wonderful considering I called that morning! Paul came in and didn't mind my dogs (4) and took the time to explain to me what the problem was. He had someone else come over to help out and everything was fixed exactly like they said it would be. I also received an email explaining who was going to be coming by to do the job with a picture of the technician. Everyone who comes to your house is background checked. I had a great experience with them and would certainly hire them again!!!

They arrived on time. Began immediately, were very careful about creating as little mess as possible. Were able to run master bathrm pipes so that I did not have to retile, much appreciated. The crew was very pleasant. One note for those of you faced with redoing your pipes thru the ceiling- the cold water runs hot for quite awhile. They tried insulating but it made no difference. Don't know yet if the winter will make a difference in the water temp.

Returned from vacation and found we had a leak under house. As we had Chuck's repair a leak for us in May I called them even tho it was Labor Day. Chuck called me back within a half hour and had someone at the house later that afternoon. He found and repaired the leaking pipe within a short time. Chuck even came out to insure the problem was related to the earlier repairs. Great job and great response.

When I called them in a panic due to this issue, they came out within an hour and half. After they arrived and four hours later, they fixed it! Next time, I will just call them and not ask my hubby to try to fix especially since plumbing can be a sensitive thing to fix. I also used them to install a water softener at another time, and they did a great job. I don't write reviews often but each time they were professional, on time, reasonably priced and successfully got the job done. I will definitely be calling them again with my plumbing needs.

They did a good job. But, they charged me more than the big deal cost. They were very expensive.

It was okay. The quote they gave us was more expensive than other quotes were received and we decided not to use them.

Will not be using them for service, as I will not pay a service charge for a quote.

The service was fine and everything went smoothly. They responded right away. The technician was courteous, did the work quickly and was clean.

Professional showed up and assessed we needed a new toilet. The job was completed in a timely manner and cost efficient.

My scheduled time was on a Sunday. The technician was very punctual, courteous and professional. He was a fast workers and very thorough. Was pleased with the work performed.

Did the work on time and at the price quoted. Replaced hot water heater with same under warranty. Quick efficient and courteous.

The entire transaction went extremely well. I called on a Saturday at 12:30 pm and was really worried that I might not be able to get somebody out on a Saturday. I was greeted in a friendly manner. I explained what the problem was and was told that it could be repaired today...HOORAY!!! I recieved an e-amil with the technicians name and the approximate time to expect him (between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm). Bobby showed up at 5:00 pm. He looked at the broken Hose Bib and explained the 2 options for repair and gave me an estimate for each option. He completed the repair by 6:00 pm and I was extremely pleased to have the work completed in a timely manner and so professionally.

I waited for 2 hours today (08/12) to get the work done, they came finally at around 10 AM and started giving me different price quote and they refused to perform any work. So they have left. When i schedule the order with the plumbing company, i explained to then what needs to be done. Please refund the money to my card.

There were no troubles with scheduling. They also replaced rod in the water heater. The costs for the additional work were reasonable. Everything was fine.

It did take me a while to have them come out for the work. They installed a shower head as well. They did a good job.

The plumber came right on time and did the work well. He hauled away the old heater.

I called the provider before I purchased a deal. He would not disclose how much he would charge but did recommend purchasing the deal. Once the workman came he pulled out a binder with set pricing. I felt he was charging way too much for the work I needed - replacing a bathroom faucet. I would have appreciated the provider giving this set pricing over the phone with the understanding that it could cost more once they see the job. If he had done so I would not have wasted his and my time.

Chuck's Plumbing came out on a previous special where we paid $115 for $200 of plumbing services. During that visit they cleaned out hair that from the bathroom sink drain and cleared a clog we were having in the kitchen sink. A few days later the garbage disposal went out and a technician from the company came out to see if by chance it was related to the work they had just done. As it turns out that the garbage disposal needed replaced, which had nothing to do with the previous work (just a unfortunate coincidence). In addition, there was lots of blockage from debris in the back pitch lines and the technician cleared that out too. Our service technician was very polite and professional and made sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. I highly recommend using Chuck's Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

It was fine. It worked out good. It cost me what the deal was, they didn't charge me any more. What was good was the price. I haven't had any problems with them.

We recently moved into our home and have watched the water bill exponentially rise over a 2 month period - with no obvious leak. As we were getting ready to call a plumber to come help us identify where the probable leak was, we were "fortunate" enough to see water pooling in our garage - immediately underneath our new 80 gallon water heater. Chuck's was at our house within 24 hours (acceptable to us, as the leak had been going on for so long). Toilets and sinks were looked at for leaks, in addition to addressing the obvious leak in the garage. The leak in the garage was investigated thoroughly - the leak was adjacent to the laundry room, so that was checked; and, as mentioned, water was pooling under the water heater, so that was checked as well. No obvious leaks, so we had to move forward with looking in the walls and under the floor - this involved moving the 80 gallon water heater... Thankfully the leak was quickly identified just under the garage floor - 2 pipes were broken and repaired. The concrete was repaired and the water heater re-attached. All this took place between 9am and 5pm. We were very thankful for it to be done within just a day. We were very pleased. Also of note, Chuck's replaced the above mentioned water heater. My husband and I discovered one morning that the water for the shower was not heating up...a most unwelcome discovery in the home of 6 - with 4 of those people being under the age of 5. With such a large family, we needed a larger water heater. Chuck's was at our house within an hour and had the newer, much bigger water heater installed before the end of the day. We had the same technician both times and he was great. He took his time each time he was here making sure we understood all our options, and never pressured us to make a decision. And, with 4 young children we always appreciate people who are at least kind to them. This technician (not sure if I can name him - I would if I knew it was OK!) was very kind to our children, showed them what he was doing, didn't mind them watching him. He helped make some difficult & expensive days a little easier to handle.

The technician was punctual and courteous. He performed expert work under trying conditions (the elevator in our condo broke so he had to use the steps.)

They did extensive work for me. Bob installed a whole new plumbing system in the master bath, putting in 2 new sinks where there once was one and installing a new toilet as well. He also remounted the old toilet in my guest bathroom after I had a new tile floor installed. He did new faucets on all of my sinks in the bathroom and kitchen, and installed my new dishwasher and garbage disposal. He did a great job.
