The service was good and professional. However the pricing was a little much. After the "deal" on Angies list it was an additional 150 dollars plus for a 45 dollar cartridge. I asked how much the toilet flapper an float would be and he quoted me out of his pricing book another 100 dollar plus for part. Its 10 dollars at store, i obviously negated the toilet. He replaced the shower valve cartridge and as mentioned did a good job. My only complaint is their pricing.

We wanted to replace our 50 gallon water heater with a tankless water heater. We called several plumbers for a quote and Chuck's Plumbing was very close to the other bids. The difference between Chuck's Plumbing and the other plumbers is that Chuck's Plumbing went through all the options, what was necessary to complete the installation, the total price for all portions of the installation, and what rebates were available. The bid presented was more complete than the other plumbers. We scheduled service and the technician arrived promptly when indicated. He began the work immediately and a second plumber arrived to assist with the removal of the old tank and the installation of the new heater. The whole job took about 5 hours. They were efficient and cleaned up after completing the job. Overall it was a very positive experience.

Vinnie arrived within the time period that dispatch provided. We had a bit of a technical difficulty with the install of the sinks due to the new sinks being rectangle and the old sinks being oval and him not having a saw on the truck. However, he was able to do all the prep work while waiting for the saw to be delivered by another tech. Vinnie did a fantastic job cutting the counter for the new sinks, cleaning up the sawdust the best he could, and installing the new sinks. They are gorgeous and I love them. Great job Chuck's Plumbing! This is the first time I have used your company and I will definitely use you again in the near future with my next plumbing job! Thank you!!

I forgot the associates name but his initials were VM according to my invoice. I originally called to have them come out and quote me a price on the 3 jobs I needed. When he got there, I told him I saw something on Angie's list for a Toilet coupon. He told me that he couldn't do it unless I had already bought the coupon and then I would have to call and schedule the appointment. Although that was disappointing I understand that's just how it works with Angies List coupons. Anyhow, VM was very knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. I wanted the garbage disposal on the sink moved to the otherside and he explained to me the re-piping that had to be done. After VM gave me my quote prices I purchased the online coupon and then I called them up and VM came out and performed the work. He did a great job cleaning up after his job was complete and everything he did was done well. I will certainly use Chuck's Plumbing again and I would recommend to anyone. *Note: I did give them a B for pricing because I thought what needed to be done was priced a little higher than I thought it might be (such as $375 for a new faucet and installation). However it is a quality faucet so I have no problem with the price I paid. Even if they are a little above average on pricing, they are worth it!

Very prompt response and scheduling. I had to have this leak fixed from long distance as we hadn't moved down for the season. Technician was very helpful and informative via phone. Work was done in a very quick manner. I think the price was a bit high for the amount of work performed; but I think all plumbing work is too high when I have to have it performed.

Outstanding. Punctual. Fast and very clean for the amount of work that had to be done. . Highly recommended and very impressed UPDATE: Chucks Plumbing (Mike) did such a good job, asked him to come back out and do the plumbing. Once again, excellent work!

The gentleman was very professional, but was 15 minutes late. I felt that the quote for the work was very high and over priced.

Had work done on 11/12/2014 by Paul of chuck?s Plumbing. Both shower/tub valves worked very hard. . . . Had to use two hands to turn on the valves. He removed the old cartridge, rebuilt the valves, and installed a new cartridge in both valves. He was on time and did an expert job. I had some work done previously and he gave an estimate at that time. I am satisfied with the job. Both valves work freely. I would not hesitate in recommending Chuck?s plumbing.

My hot water heater had water leaking from the top of the unit. Called Chuck's and set up service for the next day. They arrived on time and said given the age of the unit (about 11 years) it was not worth fixing. We had a 40 gallon unit but decided to upgrade to a 50 gallon unit. They even offered to give me the TECO credit and they would fill out the forms and send to TECO. A few hours later we had nice hot water and a nice dry garage.

This was the second time I used them, and they were very good. I purchased a deal with them for a water heater flush, but it turned out that I needed a new water heater. They replaced it for me, and did a great job.

Water heater leaked. Called em in the morning and got a quote. We thought of upgrading to instant heater but after talking to Chuck himself who gave us good advice (not to replace your current water heater with instant water heater) we decided not to. Cleveland showed up on time. Was very professional. Installed and hauled old heater away. Their work is better than the basic plumbing as they showed me the taps and valves they use are bigger gauge and easy to operate. Their was some confusion about what was quoted to me in the morning, but they resolved it in my favor.

Cleveland showed up on time, as scheduled, and pretty much checked out all plumbing underneath our kitchen and bathroom sinks as well as our dishwasher. He showed me several instances where a faulty fixture had been installed or a pea trap was not installed in some plumbing work that was done during a renovation. He was courteous, professional and showed me everything he found and went over options with me before we decided what work to do. I would recommend Chuck's Plumbing without reservation based on this experience.

The company sent out one man to my home and he installed a GE 40000 Grain Water softener system that I bought in Home Depot. He also removed a 14 year old system that I had from Superior Water. All the plumbing fixtures were easily accessible so the entire job took less than 1.5 hours. Very courteous and professional, I will use them again. (if the price is right). I also received $30.00 off the original price for being an Angie's List customer. Thanks Angie's List!

Arrived on time..performed work in record time.

I had purchased a big deal. It was $115 for $200 worth of plumbing service, and it was okay. There were no additional charges. I didn't have any dislikes, they were pretty quick. The service was good, not great.

Service Provider stated that what we needed couldn't be completed by them and suggested we just pay their service call from coming put and to have the voucher refunded. The gentlemen was very nice and polite. Would use them in the future.

Bobby was on time and very thorough. He checked all plumbing fixtures and flushed my water heater. He explained what future work I might need and gave mw quotes on several items.

Everything went well. The job went well and I'm sure I'll be satisfied this time as before.

I bought the water heater flush deal. Unfortunately the water heater was 14 years old and needed replacement. So I could not use the flush deal and requested a refund from Angie's List. However, Chuck's Plumbing quoted a very reasonable price on water heater replacement. Cleveland the plumber was prompt and professional and did a great job.

Bobby came out several months ago and gave estimate for repipe job, as well as did a small repair. He was very knowledgable and did not try to oversell any products or services. He just did the job and gave me the right information to help me make a decision. I also had follow-up questions which the owner addressed with me over the phone. It was nice to be able to actually speak to the owner without any trouble (rare these days). Recently I had the repipe completed, and I could not have been more satisfied with the crew (Mike and Chase). Mike walked though the home and addressed all of my concerns and the job was carried out in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend this plumbing company.

The plumber, Bobby, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I really like the proactive communication from everyone in the company that I interacted with and especially the email the day before letting me know exactly who was showing up for the appointment. We have a water heater that is 10 years old and needed to be flushed. Bobby did an excellent job completing the project and thoroughly explaining the process. He kept the work area extremely clean and provided quotes for replacing the water heater. The only downside was the price for the quotes that were provided. I've had water heaters replaced in the past and the quotes weren't as expensive. I must say, however, that I'm confident that Chuck's Plumbing is an extremely ethical company and would stand behind everything they do (products and labor). I would definitely recommend them overall as a company.

The plumber, Bobby, was great. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He gave me some suggestions but never pressured me into anything. I am extremely pleased with their service and their company magnet is now hanging on my refrigerator for all future plumbing needs!

I have now used Chuck's Plumbing several times now, and every time they exceed expectations.

After an initial miscommunication (just as much my fault as anyone's) Chuck did an outstanding job getting things back on track. His technician was running late due to a traffic jam on I275 and we had a bad cell phone number on the work order for me. When they realized the technician was running late they attempted to call me and the calls went to voice mail. They emailed me with the situation but unfortunately I had to leave for a meeting (after being jerked around by another company in the past I was pretty cranky over the situation, Chuck was polite and professional the whole time). After I cooled off a bit I discovered the emails that had been sent and realized we had a bad phone number written down. Chuck handled the situation and rescheduled the appointment for the next day. His technician arrived on time and did a perfect job clearing the stoppage. He was very knowledgeable and when we were done with the stoppage he put a camera in the pipe to assess the condition of the pipe and see what needed to be done. He had the right equipment and was completely competent with it. His appearance was professional and he took great care in not making a mess, even though we were outside. After the inspection I was provided with a detailed written estimate for further repairs. The technician was very knowledgeable and showed me the issues (oak tree roots in the pipe) and explained what needed to be done to repair the pipe and why the different steps were needed to protect the tree. He left me with a detailed description of the work required and a cost estimate that was very reasonable. The service charge was what was promised and everything was left neat and in order.
