Chuck's was great to deal with. I noticed water on the floor of my garage and quickly realized my water heater was leaking. I went on Angie's List and found Chuck's Plumbing. I got a call back immediately and the plumber walked me through how to shut down the water heater and drain it. He also answered all my questions and told me they could install it on Monday, which was fine with me. In addition to great service, I like that Chuck's doesn't limit you to a particular brand of water heater. They typically use Bradford and White and I wanted a Rheem based on prior experience. It was no problem and they charged the same price. They came during the stated window on Monday and did a great job with the installation, cleaned up after themselves, etc. I would definitely use them again.

Very nice plumber did a very nice job, very polite and efficient, explaining all aspects of job as it progressed. Two thumbs up.

He was very friendly, professional and polite. I liked the fact he wore booties into my home. He was a very personable person and I felt very comfortable with him.

Super great! We called them yesterday and they came out today and fixed everything. Repairman Chris was the best and also included a free 2 year warranty on all his work and equipment. Couldn't be happier. Yes, I've tried others in this field but nobody comes close to the service and friendliness of Chuck's and their employees. Thanks!!

Unable to flush and clean hot water heater; bottom corroded, needs new hot water heater. Very pleasant and informative. Will use again when I need a plumber.

Everything went excellent. They informed us we needed a new water heater. We ended up buying the water heater somewhere else but they installed it for you. Everything went well with the installation.

Serviceman admitted his unfamiliarity with Solar Panels and how to identify if there were leaks in water supply pipes. The roof was wet in places due to it having rained the night before his visit. Although he found one leak in water supply pipes, he suggested that I call a solar repair company which could check out the entire system to ensure there were no other leaks. He told me that the cost to repair the one leak which he found would be $339. I paid him the $29.00 service call fee and decide to call a company which specializes in pool solar panel work. As it turned out, the solar panel repair company came out, found that there was only the one leak, and the cost to repair was $140.00 which included their $105.00 service call fee. As a result of calling a company which specialized in Solar Panel repair work, I saved $199.00. So I would not recommend calling Chuck's Plumbing for pool solar repair work even though I was told that they could repair any leaks in the water pipes but not the solar panels.

The service was excellent. The price for the replacement was fair and I was pleased with the service.

They said my water heater was too old to service without generating more issues. It's about 10 years old. I'm thankful they told me without doing anything I had requested they do.

He was on time, checked everything out and did a great job.

The service was okay. They did the job and it was fine. He was all business and efficient. I have no complaints about the work he did. He did what he needed to do and he was no-nonsense. The quality of the work was on target compared to the price. It was not overpriced or underpriced. It was priced correctly.

Chuck was professional and explained my options. I wish I would have observed the flushing of my water heater though. It is hard to comment on how that was done since I did not witness it. I felt that his estimates were high. He quoted me prices for replacing kitchen faucet, fixing an outdoor water spigot, a new water heater and some work in one of my bathrooms. I did not hired them to do any of those jobs.

I wasnt able to use the deal because they were unable to complete service at my condo.

I was bery impressed. I was given a 3 hour time window and was called 1/2 hour prior to arrival. I received an email regarding who would be coming to my house and when his last background check was. My plumbing issues were resolved and he even fixed some hardware on my sink.

Went very well. A few misunderstandings prior to the job but that does occur when communicating via phone, email, text due to my travels. All employees and owner were helpful and completed jobs as planned.

ALL GOOD EXCEPT THAT KITCHEN SPRAY NOZZLE DOESNT FIT CORRECTLY. UPDATING REVIEW: EVIDENTLY BECAUSE OF NEW NOZZLE IT WAS TIGHT WHEN TRYING TO MOVE FAUCET, IT NOW WORKS WITHOUT A PROBLEM, ALL OF SERVICE WAS PERFORMED TO MY SATISFACTION.

They were very thorough and cleaned up after the job. They did an excellent job.

It went fine and the technician was great. I think their prices are a little more expensive than I am used to but their responsiveness, punctuality and performance were great.

I spoke to Chuck Saturday morning 12/13/14 with a small plumbing emergency,and he gave me an appointment for a tech to come to my home within a couple of hours. Before my tech "Chris" showed up to my home I received an email showing Chris's picture and a confirmation that he had been through a background check. Chris arrived on time and I was pleasantly surprised how professional and genuinely concerned Chris was over my situation. Once I showed him the issue he told me exactly what to expect including time frames for completion. Unfortunately my situation was more severe than originally thought but Chris stayed with it until he got the problem solved. Unfortunately for Chris that meant he had to climb into a very small crawl space under the house. Once he completed the job and had earned his money believe you me, Chris went the extra mile to fix a small problem he found while completing the job he was hired for. I will be using this company again specifically Chris in the very near future to make some plumbing improvements to my home. I would recommend to anyone on the fence to give these guys a call. I will be recommending them to my friends who need a plumbing professional.

The service was great. The big deal was $116 for $200 worth of plumbing service, and it ended up being worth about $1400. Everything was great, except for price. They were really high, and that has shown up on other reviews as well.

It went very well. It was very good. First when they came, it was excellent. They did it quickly. They had a good price.

Paul was the plumber that was sent to our house. He was right on time. They gave me a 2 PM - 4 PM window. I received a call at 1:15 PM by the company telling me that Paul was on his way and would be there around 2 PM. He showed up exactly at 2 PM. He was very courteous and professional. He wore booties each time he entered the house and removed them when he had to go out to his truck. He put a mat down in front of my sink as well as to not dirty my kitchen floor. He let me know it would cost $79 dollars if he did not have to remove the disposal and $129 if he did. He ended up not having to remove the disposal which I thought was great. He could have just told me he had to remove it, I wouldn't have known better. He removed all the remaining broken glass from the disposal and made sure it was working before he left. He also left me with a tool to help me dislodge anything in the future that may fall down there. He also proved me with a few tips to keep the disposal clean and working better. I really appreciated that. I will use this company for any future plumbing needs and I highly recommend them to anyone. They will come out and inspect the whole house for any plumbing issues for just $29.00.

A job well done by Chuck's. They were punctual and professional. They reset my toilet without issue. I would use them again.
