They came out the same day I discovered a leak and worked until after 8:00 that evening even thought it was a Friday and it was Good Friday to boot. Chuck drove over from Tampa to help out himself. Great work and a great job from Vince and Chuck!

Bobby showed up promptly in the morning and got to work. Let me know what he was doing and that the water to the house would be off for a bit. Finished up by noon and everything was good as new. I really appreciated the promptness and quality of work done. Will definitely be calling again when we have a plumbing issue.

They quoted 5-7000K to repair the recurring water back up. I called another plumber and they said simply use single ply toilet paper and the problem was solved. This other plumber saved me $7000.00. OMG

The company was reliable and timely in setting the appointment. It was clear the plumber that worked on my job was an experienced technician who addressed the problem accurately and thoroughly. In addition, he communicated well about the nature of the problem, so that as a homeowner, I am educated in preventing potential problems. Finally, he was courteous in that he looked at several other concerns I had and advised me without any additional cost. I'm pleased to have the confidence both now and in the future in a company and technician with this level of competency and courtesy.

It went well. Mike and Chase arrived during the window of time agreed and performed the job in a timely manner. The company forgot the 30 min courtesy call before they arrived, but it worked out this time. They were neat, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Would have done more work but their price was high. I paid $115.00 for the deal worth $200.00 but the job was $164 total ($99 for capping of ECU on water heater and $65 to change the flapper on the toilet) with a balance of $36. The two other items on my list were a clogged drain, $159 their price, and a leaking shower, $179. I didn't do these last ones. They came out to inspect / flush the hot water heater and I had them inspect the inside for a leak as my water bill was $500. He flushed the hot water heater and looked inside for a leak. No leak was discovered indoors. They refered me to a leak detection company. They came out , found the leak (outside from the main to the house) , then chucks came back an fixed it the same day.

Called the company late afternoon and was able to get an appointment early the following day. Shortly after I received an email from the company with a picture and name of the plumber scheduled for my appointment. Michael showed up earlier than expected which, I was happy about because I had to keep the water off to the house until it was resolved. He inspected the area, we discussed options on the repair, and reviewed pricing prior to any work being performed. He was completely professional, pleasant, and very informative throughout the entire process. A large hole had to be made to access the pipe inside the block wall. The three inch galvanized pipe between the faucet and PVC pipe had a pin hole and needed replacing. This was probably due to the faucet always being lose from the house. He replaced the faucet, the broken pipe, and extended the faucet out and up the outer wall to secure it so it would no longer move. He then filled and repaired the hole. Overall, very happy with the repair and with Michael.

They were prompt, clean and did a fine job.

Excellent customer service. Even spoke with the owner who explained what and when the service could be done. Office staff very responsive as well. I felt that I was a valued new customer. The coupon offered for $115.00 for $200.00 worth of services was well worth getting. I only had to pay and additional $90.00 that included the service call and all parts and labor needed to correct not only the leak but to also make sure that I don't have additional problems with the toilet in the near future. It all began when a commode was clogged and could not be plunged. I called Chuck's Plumbing early in the morning and spoke with Chuck personally. He said he would get someone to come by later in the afternoon. Within an hour, I discovered the clog was much worse ? all commodes and drains were clogged and starting to back up. I called Chuck back and told him the situation; he said he would have someone over in about an hour. The technician arrived and after a quick assessment, began snaking the pipes, eventually removing the clog. It was discovered that the main pipe out had roots growing through a hole, which Chuck?s removed and replaced the damaged pipe. We subsequently had Chuck?s replace all commodes, all water supply valves, bathroom faucets, and several other plumbing items, all of which they did professionally, timely, and economically. We highly recommend Chuck?s for any plumbing needs.

I purchased an Angie's list Big Deal for $115 for $200 worth of work because I had used them in the past and their work is top notch. I called Chuck's Plumbing on Monday, received an appointment right away and by Tuesday Paul was out to install the new sink & faucet. The office also gave me a courtesy call in the morning to tell me he was running early and asked if he could come earlier; this was very much appreciated. Paul arrived on-time (my new time), evaluated the job and gave me the estimate on the spot. Price was a bit higher than I hoped, but considering the high quality work Chuck's does, it's definitely worth it. Paul took out my old 20-gauge sink, disconnected the garbage disposal, and took out the sink. I had purchased a brand new Kohler 18-gauge double sink and a new Kohler Barrosa pull down faucet. Due to the deepness of the sink, Paul had to move the pipes down about 2" to accommodate the new sink. He re-installed the garbage disposal, just like I had it before (yes, he did ask if I wanted it on the other side, always good to check), and grouted the sink into place. He cleaned up his area and gave me great tips on how to let it set and protect it in the future. I love Chuck's Plumbing; they are professional, courteous, and provide you with a very high quality of work. I will use them again and again; you should too!

The provider was prompt, performed the water heater flush as promised in the angle's list deal, and I also had a valve changed (not reflected in above price). I would recommend them amongst others, and currently use another plumbing company. These guys are good, though.

This is the second time I have used the services of Chuck's Plumbing. I received a garbage disposal for Christmas (yes, it was on my Christmas list) and I needed same installed. Spoke with Chuck directly and he indicated that they would be happy to install the disposal for me. And he mentioned that he had a certificate on Angie's List whereby I could buy for $115 and get $200 worth of services which would cover the installation, plus their service fee of $29. On the day of installation, he called to say that he had some employees out sick and if I could reschedule if convenient for me, but I explained that my son had taken off work that day to meet his installer and he said he understood that that his installer would be promptly there within 45 minutes and he arrived 30 minutes later, 15 minutes earlier. Installed disposal and check the dishwasher to make sure it was working properly and all is terrific. Very professional and would highly recommend Chuck's Plumbing to anyone who requires help in the Tampa area. Thank you again for great service...

I had 2 different plumbers come to residence. Chris the first checked out situation I was having and came up with estimates and also some resolutions. Was very informative and knowledgable. He came up with estimates to what might be done, so price was not a issue. Chris also did a quick scan of faucets and lines to make sure every thing working properly. Bobby was the second plumber that came and did the work, very clean and nice. He was also very informative and knowledgable. I would definitely use this company again in the future and recommend to others.

I have used Chucks plumbing once before and they seemed OK, This time I needed my water heater replaced, however the existing one is 10 years old and does not come up to existing code where an expansion Tank or expansion valve is needed. When I called them on Tuesday 17th I mentioned the expansion tank and they said its included in the price they quoted me which was $975. The only reason I even knew about the code requirements was because of the nice people at Lowes telling me about it. Shouda gone to Lowes I guess. Anyway appointment was set for the Thursday 2 days later and I said I would pay by Credit card and asked for the installing plumber to call when he got there (I was out). I asked for the price and now it was $999, so argued a bit about that. Anyway once it was installed approx 2 hours later he called to get my Credit card. I asked where they had put the expansion tank. Now this is the annoying part. He said he hadn't installed one. I asked why, he said there wasn't one on the order. I said hang on a minute, you are the professional plumber, I am the lay person, yet I know my water heater is not up to code, and you as a professional should automatically bring it to code otherwise my property is now unsafe and potentially illegal, why didn't you install one. I of course got the run around and he eventually said he would go look in his truck for an expansion valve as there was no space for a tank, which he didn't have and would have to come back the following day. My point here is 2 fold, 1) It's your job to know these things not mine, I just got lucky, and it seems to me you are just trying to take advantage of people that don't know 2) I could have bought the 50 gallon tank from Lowes for $278 and you guys want to charge another $700 to install, that's a huge amount for a couple of hours work I know Doctors and attorneys that charge less. The expansion tank or Valve is about another $50 . I don't mind paying for labor and expertise for a proper job, my impression was that you were trying to slide one past me and get away with full charge for 2/3 of the job. I will not be using these guys again

Chris showed up on time. Every job was performed professionally and methodically. Cleaned up and removed all debris. Would reccommend Chucks plumbing to friends and family and will absolutely utilize their services again.
