Chuck's Plumbing

I have used Chuck's Plumbing in the past and have always found the service, while not the cheapest, to be excellent. It was a little bit of a challenge to replace my kitchen faucets given lack of visibility with the shape of the sink, but it was eventually done and looks great. While there, we also had my garbage disposal replaced (it was well overdue). Good quality work overall.

Very professional. Vinnie looked at the problem and gave us the cost before ever starting the work.

I have but I'm not going to use them again. They didn't complete the job and they've very expensive. I still think they're good company; there's just this technician who didn't know how to fix the faucet so I have another plumber to get to do it.

I called in the am and the person answering the phone was very nice. I was quoted $999 for the job (I had a Angies List discount of $100 to bring it to that price) and Cleveland was very nice. He installed with little issue. I think that is was a solid job, and I liked supporting a local family owned operation, but I thought his pricing was a bit high compared to other comparable plumbers offering the same service. They did nothing "out of the ordinary" or "spectacular" to warrant the extra $200 or so that they were above the competitors. I knew that I was paying for the convenience of getting it down "today and now" vs waiting another day and saving the $200.

fIt couldn't have gone any better. As a matter of fact we are having him come back and do some more preventative maintenance in July. Well Worth the money!!!

I want to thank Chuck and his employee for a job well done. I called chuck at 6pm..gave him details about the problems I was having..We did some trouble shooting over the phone. Came to a conclusion..Scheduled an appt for next day.Installer showed up on time,explained options and got to work asap on problem. Installer finished in a timely manner and did an outstanding job!! Could not be happier!! Thanks again .

Tuesday started with water pouring out of our garage in the morning. Some time in the evening our water softener broke and water began pouring out. When we noticed it we immediately shut off the water to the house and called Chuck's Plumbing. They had just opened the office and said they were sending someone immediately. In less than 45 minutes, a plumber arrived. He told us what was wrong, what had broken and that it could not be repaired (the water softener was 15 years old). He gave us several options for replacement (including installing any water softener that we wanted). The plumber was not pushy and merely provided options. After we chose a replacement water softener, a time was scheduled for later that day to have it installed. In the meantime, the plumber set up a bypass so water could be used without the water softener. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time to install the replacement. It took approximately 4 hours and after everything was completed, the plumber took the time to explain how things worked and how to maintain it. Chuck's Plumbing turned a bad day into a good one through their prompt response and excellent work. We will definitely be using them again.

Chris did a great job of explaining the different approaches he would take to get auger unstuck -- a phase 1, which he quoted a price; a phase 2, what would be done and how much that costs, and the worse case scenario and price. Thankfully the first option worked and he did a nice job to make sure that the initial problem I was trying to solve fixed before he wrapped up. The service call was very prompt and the technician arrived in the quoted time. He was very professional, courteous. I would definitely use Chuck's Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

When plumber came to house he couldn't find outside sewer access and had to snake the pipes from the roof. He wasn't sure he went far enough in the pipes, but the toilets did flush so we felt the problem had been solved. A few days later, the toilets over flowed again and we called him to return, He came the day we called and snaked again but deeper this time. He also located the outside access. Within a few days, the bathroom flooded again. This time the company sent a plumber who brought a camera system with him, He examined the outside sewer pipes and found there was no blockage but the pipes had mineral scaling. He suggested we should have the pipes pressure washed to smooth the PVC piping. This would cost over $700. If this didn't fix the problem, he thought perhaps tree roots in the front yard raised our sewer pipes. In this event we would have to replace that section of pipe costing over $5000. At this point we called another plumber, who within 20 ,minutes, located and cleared the blockage under the house,

The plumber arrived on time (2-5 window and he was here around 2:10). He was clean, professional, and very courteous. All work done was explained thoroughly and every question we had was answered to our satisfaction. While here we also got an estimate for further work. Since this is our first estimate I don't know how it will compare to other companies but the cost is around what I was expecting. I would recommend Chuck's plumbing to my neighbors and friends.

Service Tech was nice and did a good job, it cost a little more than I expected, but I was able to use the coupon found on Angie's list so that was helpful.

The Technician was very professional and cleared all off the problem areas of slow drainage. The technician also took a look at our enitre plumbing system and made recommendation on upgrading, preventive maintenance and also took a look at our hot water heater and made some preventive maintenance that we can do ourselves. Also a quote was given for upgrades where they can work with us and can call for this in steps/phases.

Mike showed up on time. He was friendly, explained everything he was doing, and did an absolutely outstanding job! He laid plastics to protect my carpet, and actually left the area where the water heater is cleaner than it was when he began. I will not only use them again but will recommend them to anyone I know! VERY happy customer~!

Excellent service and experience. Work was done on time, professionally, and clean. They only use quality products and the plumber at my house was very kind and knowledgeable.

Chuck's Plumbing did a great job fixing the main water valve and the dripping faucet. I would definitely recommend Chuck's Plumbing for any plumbing needs. They were very prompt and efficient.

I walked into my garage on Wednesday at 5 to find water all over the place. My hot water heater was leaking badly. I found Chucks on Angies list still open and called. He was very helpful and explained that it would need to be replaced. He told me how much it would cost, how to turn it off and he could have someone out here by 9 the next morning. The next day Cleveland arrived, looked everything over. I happened to mention a problem I had in the past with my water softener sending resin, (I think that's the right word), all through my system. It was a terrible hassle. He explained how a post filter can prevent that situation, and when I said I would call to get it scheduled, he offered to take care of it the same day. Bottom line, less than 24 hours later, new water heater, new post filter, a quality job and a very pleasant group of people. I'm very happy with Chuck's and I have my new go-to plumbing company.

Bobby was prompt , professional, and courteous . Offered different alternatives , gave me peace of mind and better understanding of my outdated , non code community which shares main sewer line with multiple units. Very impressed with his knowledge and state of the art equipment used. He spoke highly of company he worked for which I appreciated.

Originally, they thought that I needed a new faucet but it was a Moen which is guaranteed. Moen sent parts and Chucks plumber installed them.

When I called at 7am, Chucks promptly answered and took all my information. I explained the problem was at a rental property and the property was a duplex and he confirmed they could get someone out there. He then proceeded to explain the possible charges which I thought was very helpful until he said "he knows I told him it was a single family residence (duplex), but if they got there and it was an apartment complex then the charges would be more expensive. I responded with letting him know I felt it was offensive to tell a customer he thinks they might be lying to him. He apologized and said he didn't mean to offend me. He then asked for payment upfront. I asked if he could email my company an invoice and he said yes, but he needed a credit card before he sent someone out there. I'm a little wary of giving my credit information out....especially before service is completed, and asked why he didn't collect payment after they did the work like everyone else. He said "if he gets there and I don't answer the phone then he won't even be able to collect his $29.00 service fee." He was very rude and at this point I asked him if he normally took/answered customer calls because I wasn't accustomed to companies accusing new clients of potentially lying to them and cheating them out of payment before they even had a chance to do the job. He curtly told me that no, he doesn't usually answer the phone and as I attempted to ask what his name was, he told me Chuck's did not want my business, to call someone else and then he hung up on me.

all was great......removed old tank, re-alligned pipes to fit new, trimmed old a/c pipes, hauled all refuse away. very perfessional, friendly and upfront.....would use this company again!

Work was great. Suggested and installed adapter so I could replace in the future. Tech was knowledgeable and helpful and professional. My only disappointment was the cost - $200 for about 1/2 hour of labor and $20 in parts at most seems very high. Next time I will insist on a price estimate before I have a plumber come out.

Went well. The repair took about 2 hours. I was a little disturb when I was told it would cost me $200 to reconnect the sink to the repaired pipes. Of course, I refused the offer. The sink was not reconnected.

We came home to a flooded master bathroom. I immediately called Chuck's Plumbing who I had great experiences with previously. Even though it was a Saturday, Chuck personally spent a lot of time on the phone with me to try to troubleshoot the problem, but to no avail; however, Chuck sent Cleveland who came quickly and was able to diagnose the problem. It was a multi-day process to resolve which had all but one of Chuck's employees to the house to help including Chuck himself to check on things multiple times. They had to dig under the house to access the broken pipe/fitting, which saved me from having to replace the tile in the bathroom as the other option was to break through the floor in the bathroom. All the guys were great and my leak is fixed. I will definitely call on Chuck and his guys again, but hopefully, not for a long, long time!

He noticed water on top of my system that was actually coming from the A/C. He was very helpful.

It was a good experience. I think price went over some. They showed up which is probably better than most of the plumbers I call. I would consider using them again in the future.
