.The office gave me a call 30 minutes before the guy arrives, important thing that I am looking for a kind of a business. This company is very professional. I highly recommend Chuck's to everyone, you will like them too.

The person who came, Cleveland, was absolutely lovely, very professional and extremely helpful with my questions. He repaired everything extremely well but, the bill was $149 after a $30 Angie's list coupon (He did have a book and showed me the price in the book so I know he did not make up the cost for the repair. . I have seen the parts used at Home Depot and know they are pretty inexpensive so I just felt that the price was too high, but, Cleveland was awesome and I would have him back in a minute!

They were very customer oriented, professional and clean. Highly recommend!

I wasn't satisfied. We didn't see eye to eye on some things.

The service man was on time, polite, and clean. He gave advice but did not try to sell me anything. Very well done! We will definitely use them in the future!

The plumber was very courteous and professional. Unfortunately they could not "flush" my water heater due to the age. They indicated the flush may do more harm than good due to sediment. Made complete sense after he explained it.

There was some confusion with the coupon I purchased through Angie's List and when I called, I was told there was an additional $29 dispatch charge for the tech to come to perform the service. This was eventually resolved and the owner, Chuck, emailed me and let me know it was a mistake. I appreciated the personal contact.

Much simply than anticipated. I was expecting the cartridge to be difficult to remove but it came directly out. Mike, the plumber technician was very professional, courteous, and responsive. He answered my questions and was very pleasant.

Vincent (Vinnie) was very thorough with assessing all the sinks and toilets. He provided lots of information and also gave us a list of "proactive maintenance" services that can be done prior to it being a bigger problem. Very knowledgeable. Really appreciate it and would use him again once it's time for the "renovation"

Was very happy with how quickly they responded to my initial request. And the tech was on time, courteous and got the job done in an efficient and effective manner. I thought the price was too high, but, they did do a great job, with great customer service.

Did a good job on water heater. Was very informative when doing the inspection.

The experience went well until we called another plumber because we had to go through our home warranty. Chucks plumbing said it would cost us thousands of dollars to get it fixed. The other company found the issue and said our water line was fine just was clogged. So it was a little scary thinking we could have paid a lot of money for something very simple.

Chris checked the water heater for any leaks and then proceeded to flush it out. We talked about my water bill going up considerably and he then checked the bathrooms and the toilets to check for possible un noticed leaks. He recommended possible changing of the wax ring on one of the toilets. He checked the back of the kitchen sink where it seems that water is penetrating the laminate back when water runs off the edge and recommended a new sink in the future. He gave me estimate of a new Bradford water heater, as mine is ten years old. I saw all the sediment that came out in the flushing of my heater and told him I would wait, but I would consider it for the future. As well he gave me an estimate of the cost of replacing the wax ring for the toilet with a one year warranty as well as estimate of cost if the flange needed replacement. I was very satisfied with the service and "CHRIS" and his friendly and professional manner.

Quality works. Used them twice and had been upfront with the cost. It went well.

Everything was solid and as excepted. The only negative was the plumber indicated the new fixture, the sink and the adjacent granite joint needed a silicone caulk to ensure no water gets under the sink. The service should have been provided free or offered at a price.

Cleveland was punctual, courteous & professional. Put a gold star at the top of his paper! The company uses "ask the seal." It's a feature Chuck's plumbing uses by sending thru email a photo of the plumber scheduled so you can see who to expect. Excellent!

Last year Chuck's Plumbing installed 2 ADA compliant toilets. One of the toilets starting making noises a few months ago (as if it were having to refill the tank slightly) I finally got tired of hearing it, and called on Thursday 6/11/2015 and they had an appointment the next day. The tech found that the original flap was distorted, causing the fill valve to add water. He changed both parts to be sure we did not have the problem arise, and also found that the connecting plastic water line connecting the supply to the toilet was actually too long. He replaced that promptly. I cannot say strongly enough what a talented team of Plumbers Chuck's Plumbing has, as well as their dedication to honor product warranties with the utmost honor. Truly a trustworthy company.

Vinny and Steve arrived first thing in the morning as arranged. They reviewed our order with us to make sure we were satisfied with the new equipment they were going to install. We requested a toilet seat upgrade for both toilets which was provided for an additional cost of $30 for each toilet. After obtaining the new seats they got to work removing the old toilets and preparing the sites for the new replacements. The upstairs toilet in the master bathroom went in with no fuss. However, the floor in the downstairs guest bathroom was a little bit troublesome because the previous owner had tiled the floor in the bathroom as a do-it-yourself project or had it done by someone who did not have proper tile laying skills. The result was a very uneven surface for the new toilet to sit on which left small gaps in places around the base of the toilet. Fortunately Vinny was able to place the toilet and provide enough sealant to prevent any leakage from around the base. As of today, (two weeks later) the toilet has been working perfectly with no evidence of any leakage. We are very happy with the work done by Vinny and Steve. This is the second time I have used Chuck's Plumbing and remain very satisfied with the quality of the work provided. I will continue to use Chuck's Plumbing for my plumbing needs whenever the need arises.

I called Chuck's based on reviews here. I had a major sewage backup and he came out right away. I forgot the persons name but he was very friendly and professional. he spent a lot of time on the line. I ended up having a sewage line broken under my concrete driveway. He ran a camera and showed me the image of a previous repair. He then spent a long time preparing a quote which came back around $7.000. I ended up going with another company which was less money. several quotes I got back were less than half of the quote I got back from Chuck's.

Chuck arrived punctually at 830 a.m. Courteous and pleasant, competent, thorough. He put covers on his shoes before entering the house and also showed great consideration by completely answering all my questions. I hired them to flush my water heater and analyze its condition as well as to give me quotes on some other jobs around the house. He flushed the water heater and a few other jobs--all for the Angie's List Big Deal price. Great service ethic and professionalism. Seems like a solid company that is customer oriented. Nothing but praise from me on this job.
