Very well. Found part that was not working and repaired that small issue.

It turned out pretty good. They came and did the work. I’m satisfied with it. I wish they would have done two traps and not just one but then again it could have been my wife’s fault because who knows what she told them. The price was okay. I saved some money. It was 50 bucks maybe. It was pretty good.

The team that did the work were good and answered any questions I had along the way. i received a courtesy call each day letting me know when to expect the team to start working. They cleaned the work areas up every evening. Overall it was just a good experience in working with Chuck and his team.

Super nice and clean. Great job. Responded quickly. Came in and did the job and one that I had not planned on. I did use them again a month later for a different issue. Same high quality service. They have trained their employees well! Highly recommend!

This is a top notch outfit that really does things right. They arrived as scheduled, did the work better than expected, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure I was happy before they left. Mike, the plumber that did the work, is really conscientious and is very good at his craft. We are very happy that we chose this company to do the work. Great job.

Chuck came to our home personally to review our tankless water heater options and explained how the laundry tub with pump works. Paul, the plumber who installed the equipment, was very polite and pleasant and end explained how the system works. He also answered some questions I had about the kitchen sink and fixed the faucet for me. They were very professional and responsive to questions. I would definitely use their services again, and recommend them highly.

My sister and niece spent the previous night with me because they need to catch an early flight. I woke up to all kinds of chaos due to the guest bath shower not draining and then water backing up into sink and shower when toilet was flushed. Given this situation, further bathroom usage was transferred to the master bath which in short order also became clogged and backed up. o do I called Chuck's plumbing at 07:15 a.m. They agreed to come between 9 and 11 a.m. The office asked if I would like for them to email a picture of the technicians who would be coming and I said yes. The email came at 08:25 a.m. The techs, Cleveland and Robert, showed up promptly at 09:10. They were very personable and respectful when introducing themselves. I directed them to the baths and they immediately began their inspection. Of course, by now, the showers had drained. and everything looked normal. Cleveland explained what they were going to do and discussed the cost while Robert investigated around the outside of the house looking for the cleaanout. Once I agreed to the service and price, the guys set to work reaming out the pipes with a snake. When this was done, they sent a camera down through the pipes and took pictures. By then, whatever was causing the problem appeared to have been pushed out to the gutter. The problem looks to have been caused by kitchen grease and food. We discussed the pictures and they preseneted several options of further cleaning for my consideration. Since these options were expensive, I said that I would have to think about it. I have not yet decided what to do. There was a secondary clog in the guest bath that was also cleared.

It was not really very positive. They overcharged my wife while I was not there for service that I wanted done and I was a little disappointed in that.

The young man did an excellent job, was neat, clean & in & Out in a reasonable amout of time.

Arrived on time, showed me the problem and fixed it.

They did a great job and were very helpful. Would definitely use them again.

Checked water heater, but could not flush it out.

Charged $320 (including a $29 call out fee dispatch fee even though he was already there to do the work). When I told my husband the price, he hit the roof when he realized the exorbitant amount this company charged to do such a simple job. I rang the company back and said if they could reduce the price. The owner chuck said he would give $50 off and total bill would be $270 (still high for such a simple job, but i agreed to it). Found out the next day they had charged $300 and included the $29 call out charge, but had neglected to tell me that the day before. I called them back to ask why they had charged call out fee. I told him i was going to leave a bad review on angies list and he said leave one you dumb f***. Charming man. It's not the $29 now, but the diming and centing practices of this unscrupulous company. Please don't do any business with this company and its rude owner.

Excellent work. Stayed right with the estimate. Provided very clear explanation of existing problems. Work was completed quickly. The installation looks great; care was taken to make sure everything was level, secure, clean, functional and so forth. the plumber who sent out was friendly and informative.

They said they couldn't, but they recommended someone else who could.

I don't remember exactly what was done. All I remember is that it was a good job and a pleasant experience.

He spoke to me in exaggerated terms of the repairs that needed to be made. He also over quoted it for more than a thousand dollars. I felt his presentation was grandiose.

Got the job done timely and did it well as far as I can see.

I moved into my current home app 10 months ago. This is my first home with septic, and I cannot thank Chuck's plumbing enough for their customer service. They have resolved issues for me twice on a weekend, and I can't recall a time I called and no one picked up.

Chris was great! He arrived on time and fixed everything that needed fixing. I was very happy. I will probably use their services again.

After getting estimates from other plumbing companys, which I got from Angieslist and they all had "A" with great reviews, I made an appointment with Chuck's Plumbing. Their estimate was $3,000.00 up to $5,000.00 dollars higher. As all the other companys spent a fair amount of time looking, measuring and explaining all the variables. This was not done, If he had taken twenty minutes I would be surprised. NO I would never hire them.

Very happy, Absolutely love my new faucet. I thought the minimal water flow was a problem with the pipes, but he quickly ruled the pipes out by demonstrating the water flow bypassing the faucet. Love my my faucet and water flow.

Service was never performed. After multiple calls, company did not return calls to set up service date. Response to your response; I am not interested in apologies. I prefer instead that you make good on your offer for that which I paid for. This system apparently works as I see you quickly responded to the low rating. If there was a glitch in the system, I understand and forgive. Not answering or returning calls is a bit more difficult to understand. The ball is in your court to redeem??

The installation went very well and the installers were very professional. i will use them again
