Fence install went fine. On the way out the installer said I could get a repeat customer discount if I ever used them again. I pointed out that this was the 2nd fence I had them install in less than 18 months. He responded that I should have received the discount this time. Called the office and left a message asking for the discount. Never bothered to reply.

This company was putting in a fence in our neighborhood, and we had just moved in and my husband was going to put his own holes in the cement to put our existing fence from another house into the new one. We decided to go over to the workers and ask them to come give us an estimate to see if it would be better for them to put our fence in rather than my husband. We were quoted an estimate of $180. We decided to go ahead and let them do it since it wasn't too much. When they were done, they stated that is was longer than we had said (didn't they measure themself before giving the price?), so now the price was $280. I was quite irritated because we could have gotten a brand new fence for $350 from another company, instead of using our old one! I asked the employee (owner, maybe?) why he would say it was one price and then change it after he was done, and he was very cavalier and blew me off and said whatever the case may be, the cost is $280. I would not trust this company again. They charged me more than they said they would. The fence is slightly crooked, but I'm afraid to call them back because I didn't think they were very nice. I would not recommend.
