Great communication and they worked with my schedule (Late afternoons and weekends) James K. was great, very knowledgeable and friendly.

Had 3 pot lights installed in the kitchen and a new chandelier hung. The installation went smooth and Jeff was awesome! He explained everything he would be doing for the installation. When he took down the original light fixture he showed me where the electrical l line was broken and it was starting to burn. I was very thankful that we had the work done by Charter and would ask for Jeff for future electrical work. The total bill was exactly as quoted and was very reasonable.

The electrician was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Any time I need any electrical work done I will be sure to use Charter and ASK for the electrician I had (James). When you find someone good & honest...you hang onto them.
