We were impressed by your electricians from the beginning. Their demeanor and approach to our project was welcoming. For people who have personally built three houses we were impressed by their ability to listen and see our vision.

Our technician was great. I wish he had done our estimate rather than a salesperson that did not do as thorough an inspection. However, with that being said, we are extremely happy this company & service. Roger, our technician, deserves a special "Thank you!"

They were on time and readily answered questions we had. Technician was proactive in suggesting what we needed to get everything up to code.

Richard Hunter was very professional and had a lot of respect for the company. Was excited about his job and showed his credentials as soon as he arrived. Completed his work and clean up afterwards. I would use this again.

Robert came out, I showed him the work that I needed and he was able to not only quote me but promised to go ahead and get started right away. Price quoted was fair and reasonable. Highly recommend.

Installer was late and there was no call to let me know. When he was done, he did not put the old fan in the box and in fact, took the motor with him, which I needed to return to the manufacturer as it was defective. The company did get it returned. This weekend the owner called me and asked about my experience. He offered to make it right. I have that work scheduled later this week. I am confident that they will make it right.

Joe was very good at his trade and a nice guy. We also hired him for more work in 2 weeks.

I hired them for fixing our ceiling fan/light. Joe was our electrician. He diagnose the problem and fix it. He did safety inspection also.

Scott changed kitchen outlets, they must have been originally placed in 1973. I had an outlet that caught on fire from a toaster oven. So grateful Charter was punctual, courteous, and professional. Thank you

Very nice. But expensive compared to other quote. They were available right away which is the only reason we went with them.

Great work done at a fair price. The worker took his time, was efficient and did a little extra work to be sure the job was right, but didn't charge for that. Will definitely hire again!

Bill was very nice and explained what the work would entail, plus he verified the weight info on the item we wanted to install, the other company did not.
