The Job went very well. Charlie and his team was very professional, knowledgeable. I would hire Charlie again. His work overall is superb. I have received so many compliments.

Great...we ended up using him again with another house we purchased new. He did a subway tile install for our back splash. He was quick, did a fabulous job and priced efficiently. He did the job within a couple of weeks of contacting him. No problems...again, second time we used him for a tile job.

I called and talked to Charlie about replacing some tiles, he told me he would call me back but never returned my call. I contacted Charlie again, went over the job, he said he would call me right back, he never called back. If he didn't want the job, that's all he had to say. I'm not very impressed, as Charlie does not operate in a professional manner. The fact that he lied about calling me right back indicates to me he is not trustworthy.

Gads, I wish all my contacts were as cordial, and professional, and deicated as Charlie. He's friendly, low-key and a perfectionist. Would re-hire him in a heaertbeat.

Can't say enough about Charlie Garcia. He was responsive, prompt, professional, affordable, courteous, and pleasant to deal with. He promptly returned my call, scheduled and kept this appointment on time, listened carefully to what I wanted, and explained what he would do for the price he quoted. He removed the cracked tiles, keeping the dust and debris to a minimum, and installed the new tiles so that they matched the existing tiles as closely as possible. He cleaned up the work area, charged us exactly as quoted, and thanked us for the business. Wish there were more like Charlie.

It was a small job, and I was afraid nobody would want to do it, but Charlie was happy to do it. I called him and he came out the next day. He was efficient, did a good job, and charged a reasonable price.

I had found him before. I looked on Angie's List and noticed he was on Angie's List. It worked out fine.

I called Tom Bradley to take a look at the tiles that were pulling up from the floor on the balcony. He was able to come out that day and gave me a quote which seemed reasonable. We had the work scheduled for 6/10/15. A few days later he called back and said he could take care of it earlier due to a change in his schedule. We were delighted. He arrived on time with his son. They were able to remove all the tiles that were pulling up without breaking or damaging any of them. They cleaned the back of the tiles and concrete and vacuumed the debris. They then set the tiles and grouted the area to match the existing color. The job was completed efficiently and professionally. The area looks great and it is impossible to tell that a repair had been done.

Charlie and his assistant did an outstanding job throughout the proposal, preparation, installation and clean-up processess. He is a highly experienced craftsman who always demonstrated a strong work ethic and pride in his work, excellent attention to detail, outstanding customer service and superior results with both the tile and wood installations.

He was very nice. After the estimate my husband decided instead of just fixing our shower he wanted to remodel the entire bathroom. However, now we are back to just fixing the shower. The quoted price was $1,400. He was professional and very polite. My overall experience with him was good. His quote to us was reasonable without knowing what it was he was going to have to do.

We haired Charlie's Tile & Marble Inc. because of their good review on Angies List. assuming that they will honor thier commetments, they do not deserve the honor of being on Angies List. It was very difficult to find another contractor to finish work that started by another, our home was construction site for two month

Charlie was very prompt and efficient in making repairs Was able to match 14 year old grout. Can't even tell where repairs were done. Little or no dust during tile removal. Did a complete clean up after he was done.

Charlie did an excellent job. We are very pleased with his work and we will most definitely use him again if we need more tile work.

I spoke with the owner, Charlie, over the phone to describe the work I needed done and he gave me a verbal quote per tile for the work. He set up an appointment to come by to present the quote and said if I accepted it, he could do the work while he was there. On the day of the appointment, he called to say he was running a little late and was on his way. He arrived within an hour of the original appointment time with a written quote that I accepted and he began the work. While he was repairing the tiles I had identified, he pointed out a few more with hairline cracks that my husband and I had not noticed. I asked if he could fix the additional tiles while he was there and he said he could. He and the other worker he had with him completed the work in good time. They vacuumed up the debris and wiped down all of the surrounding tile surfaces. As they were cleaning up, they asked whether a spot on the carpet had been there before they arrived and I confirmed it was an existing spot. I was impressed they noticed and asked about it. I was also impressed that they spotted the additional tiles with such small cracks in them. It was much better to have them all fixed at the same time instead of needing a second visit. If I need additional work done, I would use this provider again. Very polite and very professional - great attention to detail.

We are very pleased with their work. They tiled all of our bedrooms and there are 4 of them. They did the work in a timely manner as he promised. They did a very good job. We tired to match the tile in the rest of the house and they got a close as possible. He showed up on time and we even recommdend him to our on son.

A lot of extra prep needed to be done but Charlie did not up the price. Very nice job.

I did not go with them, because it was just a little bit out of my price range. He showed up and he gave me an estimate. He seemed very knowledgeable. It was not that it was too expensive, I mean that it may have been a good price but I just did not have that amount at the time. Regarding punctuality I would give them a "B," as I had to reschedule. Regarding professionalism he was an "A," he came in he was very knowledgeable and helped me with somethings and questions that I had.

Very pleased with work and results. This is the 2nd bathroom he redid for us and we are very please with the workman ship on both jobs. If we had another one that needed to be remodled we would use them again

He did great, he was very punctual, very professional, and he did a beautiful job, we were very happy with his work. We would definitely recommend him to our friends and for sure call him anytime we have another job.

We loved loved loved Charlie!! He is a down to earth, hard working man and made our inexpensive ceramic tile look like a million bucks. He is a perfectionist and really cares about how things look and what we think. He did an incredible job and we have already referred him to a friend. We would definitely recommend him and would have him do more work when our budget allows.

Very pleased with Charlie. He did all the work himself and was able to get the job done almost all in one day (He did come back a 2nd day to re-install the shower enclosure). He did a great job and we are so glad to have our shower back. I have already gotten a quote from him to update another bathroom in the house. I will be calling him soon to begin that work.

Very prompt & profeesional. Excellent workmanship. New tile flooring far superior to old tile job. I plan to continue using Charlie in the future, as needed, for tile and related work. Would highly recommend.

The person who came out to do the job was very personable and did a good job. The only problem I had with him was he was a little bit slow finishing the job. My family came back from Europe and it was a little inconvenient for them as they still had some work to do. But, my floor looks great.
