Excellent company. Very easy to do business with. Ian and the installers were great and very professional. They replaced 2 oversize garage doors (16 x 8 and 9 x 8), garage door openers, and all related anchors. The existing doors were over 30 years old, so quite a bit had to be done to get the doors up to code. Ian recommended the right doors in order to get insurance discounts in the future. The installers cleaned up everything before they left and assisted in programming the keypads.

Ian was very helpful in getting our garage door replaced. He also helped arrange a back up door while we were waiting for the new door to arrive. Very happy with their professionalism and customer service.

He shared with us the positives and negatives of alternatives, and then gave us a link to someone he has used for the very type of job we needed done. This is an example of professional ethics and integrity that are often lacking in the business world, but which set companies like this aside for their excellence and integrity. There is no question, but that I would return to Ian for subsequent work.

The spring broke on our garage door. I got on Angie's List and found Certified Garage Door. i gave them a call and Ian was out the same day. Took about an hour to repair and the door is working better than ever. He and his company are a customer oriented business. The service was great, the quality was excellent and the price was fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend Certified if you need any garage door work done.

Back in April my old garage door opener stopped working. I called around to several different places but when I finally contacted Certified Garage Door and spoke to Kevin I knew I found the right company. Kevin took his time to explain the differences in the openers and helped me make the right choice. On the day of the appointment Ian called to confirm, was prompt and worked hard. I am so pleased with the service and the new opener. Also, I liked that there was never any pressure to up-sell. I asked Ian if he felt I needed to upgrade my door and he said that although my door was older it was still a good sturdy door. I highly recommend Certified Garage Door.

Excellent, was half expecting to have to buy a whole new opener. Kevin solved a couple of issues, got it working and even programmed my car for me.

Sunday afternoon one of the garage door springs snapped leaving one of the cars "trapped" in the garage. I reached out to "Certified Garage Doors" hoping to leave a message (their website stated they were closed on Sundays) but Ian picked up. I explained what happened and even though they were completely booked on Monday he said they'll do their best to stop by, possibly during lunch break. Next day they came over, explained their $235 package which included replacing both springs (which I thought was a good idea), tuning the opener, inspecting rollers, etc and everything was fixed in less than 30mins. Very pleased with the services, responsivness and professionalism. A+

It went very well! One of the guys came out the day after I called. He was punctual, professional and personable. He also noticed that our sensors were broken and we needed new rollers. We had already purchased sensors previously, and he installed them for free as well as the rollers. There were no hidden charges and they did a great job.
