Do not use this company! They don’t care about the homeowners nor employees, 9/10 your job will not get done to your satisfaction, they never have permits on time. The dumps are going to be late, and your job will have issues that will either take months to get resolved or just not resolved at all, they’re very unorganized. They have no real leader in production, they’ve been through 5 different production managers in the past year. The girls in the office will not answer lol our calls or return them. You only will here from them when it’s time to collect pay, the owner Chad will tell the salesman to tell the homeowners anything just to sale the job. He has them Make promises that they know they won’t be able to Keep in order to get the sale. he doesn’t like to pay his employees. My last week there they shorted me 2 days I worked for. And still fighting to get paid for. If you choose this company be prepared to have the worst experience with a contractor. Most of they’re crews are looking to leave and one of the crews are in the process of sewing the company. If you choose this company be prepared to have the worst experience from a contractor

The estimate was professional and timely.

CB Roofing Construction did a superb job. Very professional, on time, very helpful with insurance. They even did some extra repairs on the soffit.

There is not a city of St Petersburg approved for the job. The first rain left pools of roofing granules all over the driveway and around the garage. The roof eaves are destroyed on the east and west side of the garage with hundreds of exposed nails. This is dangerous and makes it impossible to paint the eaves. The nails missed the rafters on all the ends of the house and their decision was to cut them with bolt cutters rather than open the roof and repair the mistake. I spoke with the inspectors and they informed me that the shorter nails should have been used for the waves areas and are approved by the city for this purpose. The garage job cost $5500 and utilized Owens Corning architectural shingles. This did not include the main house.

As planned and better than expected

They did a good job, however, they failed in one important area. They removed my direct TV antenna and threw it away. They did reimburse us for the antenna, but the lack of professionalism was very apparent.

An appointment for an estimate to re-roof our home was scheduled for October 11 between 3pm-5pm. I had a very pleasant experience talking with the Office Manager and she sent an e-mail confirming the appointment. On October 11, we waited at home between 3pm-5pm for the Project Manager to arrive for our estimate. He was a no-call, no-show. I e-mailed the Office Manager the evening of October 11 letting her know that the Project Manager never arrived for our estimate. It is now October 17. No one from CB Roofing has contacted us. We will not do business with any company that cannot show up for an estimate nor communicate with us why they missed the appointment.

Wont be calling them. I would just like to respond to the "providers" comments. He stated that my REPAIR was estimated at $600.00 which is a LIE. He never came to my location. He told me OVER THE PHONE, just to come over to my house, was a charge of $600.00. He never came to my location, he never looked at my roof. He is lying. Do not trust him.

It went smoothly, thankful that they were quick and thourough

When it rained the problem became worse. Contractor came over to take a look and promised to fix but then did not fix it. Before it was just spotting now the water is leaking right through. Contractor is not returning calls. I have been trying to reach them for more than a week. Contractor came and fixed all the problems.He was on vacation.

Initial repair we made within 24 hours of my contacting them. About a month later, after a heavy rain, we noticed leak still present. They came back out, again within 24 hours of my call, and did an even more in depth repair of roof at no charge. Personnel were always very pleasant and understanding. Always expained what they were going to do and what was finally done. Even got a follow-up call to make sure I was satisfied.

CB Roofing provided a quality roof proposal in a timely manner.

The owner Chad gave me an estimate and performed the work for the price of the estimate. The work was done quickly and efficiently. When I asked for things to be done in a certain way, there was no hesitation to carry the work out in the way I wanted the work done. I was on the job from the time it started until the time it finished and was fully satisfied. I will hire CB Roofing again.

We had to work around the Florida rain; however, from first contact to last contact...this company is "TopNotch". Excellent customer service by the owner himself...excellent workmanship from the owner himself and his crew. Very friendly, very professional. They brought the dump trailer the first day for all the damaged materials,etc. Second day, repaired and rebuilt the chimney. I can't say enough good things about this experience. When it's time to redo the entire roof...C B Roofing Construction is the only company we will use. Again...AAA+++ in every area. Thank you Chad and team!!

Chad was on time, very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about roof leaks. He found the leak fixed it the same day. Very refreshing to see a company with integrity and fixed the repair at reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company.

We are very pleased with both the final outcome and the roof replacement process. The proposal and price were clearly stated. The project began and finished on time. The crew members were courteous to tenants and cleaned up debris throughout the process. The owner also checked on the work both during the install and when completed. Overall, everything went extremely well.
