Contacted Jennifer by phone, and met with her in person shortly thereafter to discuss the proposed project. At the meeting, she provided many paint combo samples to choose from which put together suggestions of body/trim/door combinations. After determining the scope of work from our meeting, Jennifer sent a detailed quote of work and total cost via email. When accepting the project, we chose a start date, discussed approximate timing from start to finish, and the daily hours of work. From the first meeting forward, Jennifer was very professional in her approach, and she was very detailed in providing the scope of work. I was particularly impressed with her knowledge of paint types and finishes to use on the body of the house versus the trim and her attention to detail. The first day was all about prepping the house for paint, which included pressure washing and covering windows, exterior outlets, faucets, etc. All patio furniture was moved to the back yard, and the entire patio, including ceiling was presurred washed thoroughly. During subsequent days, all landscaping was covered to protect plants from scraping, primer and paint. All areas of work were kept clean and devoid of clutter. The project started on Monday was completed within a week, with daily work hours between 7:30 to 5 o'clock. The actual painting took place over a 3 day period, with the first day being dedicated to house prep and the last day was a half-day of final detailing on the trim and front door. The final result was a beautiful, stunning, amazing, perfect paint job. We could not be happier with the way things went! The attention to detail was evident while observing the work being performed and while reviewing the final result. I would highly recommend Jennifer to those who want the job done right. She is highly skilled, professional and trustworthy, and she does not cut corners anywhere!
