+ -1 moreThe people performing the maintenance on my pool are the same people that built it. Even though they built the pool for the previous owners, they still care for it as it was their own personal pool. Clearly they take pride in their work and have a wealth of knowledge on the subject. I had the pool for 6 months and this pool takes almost no work at all. This pool stays extremely clean and I have only had to put in 3 bags of salt to keep it at the right level. The salt water pool they built is so much better than traditional pools I have used in the beginning.
Description of Work: Replaced motor on pool as well as cleaning out the filter. Also I gave a B in price because they told me pinch a penny would be cheaper, but I believe you get what you pay for so I went with the more expensive option to get the job done right the first time.

Description of Work: We used for pool maintenance for about 6 months. The- pool started looking really bad and we noticed that the guy was coming on different days of the week and sometimes skipping entire weeks. We called and told the owner that the guy was skipping visits and he denied it and did not seem to be bothered when we said the pool was looking really dirty and stained. Pool continued to deteriorate so we called to tell them to stop coming and the guy swore at us and hung up on us. I think this was the owner's son. We wrote a letter outlining the reasons we stopped using them and the fact that we had to pay a large repair bill after they left. We did not pay last month as they only came once and they kept billing us for the whole month. Very unprofessional people who really do not seem to care if they lose a good customer.

+ -1 moreThe pool is clean. They come and go in the day. They are helpful in telling you what you need to help with the pool needs. We will continue to use them to clean our pool.
Description of Work: Carrollwood Pools is a pool and spa service company. On the last visit they came out and vacume the pool and change the filter.

+ -1 moreWe cannot say enough about this company! The owner and his son were on the job everyday. Things happened when they were supposed to happen, no unnecessary delays. Professional all the way! We were only at he house during the first 2 and a half weeks of construction and had no problem leaving for fear of the job not being completed. We returned 5 weeks later to a beautiful, completely finished pool that was exactly to our specifications. Manny and his son, Matt were a pleasure to work with. We invite anyone interested in putting in a pool to come see ours or call us personally.
Description of Work: Built our in ground concrete pool. Did all the tile work and the decking around the pool.

+ -1 moreThey listened well and were very interactive and helpful in the design process. They gave us considerable flexibility in the choice of tiles and pavers and were helpful in finding places to choose the materials from. They focused on the essentials of the pool and did not try and push bells and whistles. They were prompt, efficient and effective in their work and provided close supervision for the entire process. They provided contacts and facilitation with all of the sub-contractors (e.g. pool cage, solar heating). The final product exceeded our expectations and has been trouble free since completion. They responded to any questions regarding the equipment and were prompt in taking care of some minor "tune ups".
Description of Work: Designed and built pool and spa and whenever there was some minor adjustment or service they took care of it.

+ -1 moreIt is rare to find builders who have this level of expertise. If you want 100% reliability, professionalism and high performance design, then Carrollwood Pools is the way to go. From the start of the project to the day we jumped in the pool, we had a positive experience. Matt Garcia is a perfectionist. He often worked at night and weekends to make the tile line up perfectly. He also cares very much about quality and has made the crew do tasks up to his standards of quality. Matt is also a pleasure to work with. He s the king of hands-on management who is on-site keeping a watchful eye.
Description of Work: Construction of extraordinary swimming pool and spa and weekly pool service. Beautiful design with simple, elegant lines. Deck made of travertine and old brick. Privacy wall made of travertine and fountain. High performance water filtration system.
