CAROL ELKINS PROFESSIONAL CLEANING

I did not use Carol to clean my house, but would certainly consider her in the future since she made two efforts to reach me. I hired the person that called me back first. Carol seemed very pleasant on the phone.

Carol cleans our 1,811 sq. ft. house every other week. She does a very good job and gets the work done in a reasonable amount of time.

I called Carol and she came out the same day to do a walk through with me. We agreed on a price the next day and she started immediately. We could not be happier! She has cleaned for us 3 or 4 times now. Each time she makes sure to know that I can tell her if there is anything I would like to see her do better, but so far she hasn't missed a thing!

Carol Elkins was quite responsible in calling back to arrange estimate and has continued to be both flexible and responsible in arranging the cleaning days. She has always been polite, easy to communicate with, professional, and has remembered all the specifics of our particular cleaning needs. She also noted we had a slippery rug and helped us by bringing a small piece of no-skid backing, quite above and beyond the call of duty! She has always arranged to come when we're out, so we're not bothering each other; and is totally trustworthy.

Carol Elkins has been cleaning for me for a year. She does a great job and at a great price. She has been cooperative and flexible with me when circumstances have led to the necessity of a schedule change. I have given her a key to my home and trust her implicitly. She is great with my dog and cats.

Carol was able to reply quickly to our request for an estimate (I got three, and hers was exactly what I expected based on my research with other people who have house cleaners). She agreed to start that same week, which was a great benefit to me. She does a very thorough job cleaning, and the house always looks and smells clean after she's been here! I especially appreciate her attention to detail in the bathrooms and to dusting. She is pleasant and professional, and I feel comfortable having her in my house alone, which is very important when choosing a house cleaner. I like that she works by herself, because I don't want a rotating team of strangers in my house. Carol is also great with my (overly friendly) poodle, and all pet owners want someone loving and responsible interacting with their pet. I would definitely recommend her services.

She came out to give us an estimate the same day we called, gave us her card when she arrived on time for the estimate and did a walk through with us to see what needed to be done in each area of the house. She asked us questions about our use of the rooms and told us what she considered needed to be done in each room, and asked if there was anything else we would like done in them. She asked us what day we would like our biweekly cleanings on and told us if we ever needed her for a different day or time she could probably accommodate us, which is great as we have family that comes in from out of town several times a year. We were very pleased with Carol's work, she even refilled our cat's food and water bowls and left us a nice note. She followed up 2 days after cleaning with a phone call to make sure we were happy. Carol is very polite ,friendly, and professional. We feel very comfortable with her in our home and will definitely continue to use her. Even our cat likes her!

Carol returned our call the same day and came out after hours to give us an estimate and to discuss what we wanted,her quote was better than the others we had gotten and we plan on taking advantage of the coupon specials she has. She was also able to schedule us for the very next day to our surprise. She provided all the cleaning products and equipment. She is very friendly and polite, and my wife and I immediately felt comfortable with her in our house, as we work days and gave Carol a key. When I came home today the house looked and smelled great.Our shower has never looked cleaner,I don't know what she did but the grout is white again. She even left us a note that she had let the dog out to do his business, in case we were late getting home! We will defiantly continue to use Carol and plan on telling our friends and neighbors about her great service.

She is very courteous in person, but does not follow up.

Very good. She shows when she makes the date to show. She is never late. Doesn't steal and does a thorough job. She is also accommodating if I need to switch days.

After interviewing 3 companies from the list we selected Carol to clean our house once every 2 weeks. She missed the initial appointment but we overlooked this due to the hectic nature of our own schedules at the time. After the initial cleaning we asked Carol to come back next week as my wife would be coming home from the hospital with our new baby. She said ok but never showed. There was some confusion about the day we wanted her to arrive but after leaving a message saying she would be there on Wednesday we never heard from her or saw her again. It has now been two weeks with no contact.

Ms. Elkins made a personal visit to find out what I wanted and then gave me what I consider a very fair price to clean my townhouse every other week. She has been twice now and I am extremely satisfied. I didn't realize that she would wash my sliding glass doors but she did! I feel that she has done more than I thought she would. I am comfortable having her in my house with my dog and two cats while I am at work.

However, our house is clean in general and we were hiring her for deep cleaning (i.e. this is not a house as described elsewhere where it is filthy). We are just frustrated that we were not communicated with and even after we were, there was little attempt at reconciliation. We would have preferred Carol to have just cancelled or had someone call. That way we could have arranged for someone else to come. As it stands, my wife wasted half a day assuming cleaning was to be done which wasn't. In addition, we're still left with a house that needs to be cleaned and need to hire someone new. We're sorry things didn't work out better, but it's hard to continue to overlook the persistent communication issues that are being reported on this list.

They called me back more than a day and were not really apologetic about the fact that they were delayed in calling back.

Carol is very persoanble, timely, detailed, efficient, an excellent house cleaner. Her price was fair and reasonable. We are extremely satisfide with her and her work and hope to continue a relationship for many years.

I would recommend Carol to anyone looking for a good, dependable housecleaning services. On our first meeting she was pleasant, personable and did a walkthrough to give us an estimate. She's been cleaning for us for a couple months now, and it's always pleasant to come home after she's done her job. I also would add that she's a very patient and good humored lady We live in a gated community and there were a number of mishaps with getting her in (and out!), along with newly cut house keys that didn't want to turn the lock! I'm glad we found her!

Ms Elkins is a very pleasant person. I left a message on her voicemail and she replied the next day. We made an appointment, and she met me at my home, where we had a pleasant chat, discussed the specifics of cleaning and decided on a day and price. After her first time to clean, I was ambivalent about the results. Much of routine cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, etc.) was fine. But there were dirty bare footprints on the wood floor, countertops with residual food stains on them, visible dust under the entertainment center, and a few other things. We discussed my concerns, and I choice to cancel any further services.

I like her because she is very friendly, she's trustworthy, and she does an excellent job in cleaning.

Carol promptly returns phone calls, is on time, and very easy to work with. The first time she cleaned my house, she missed a couple of things, which of course should be expected as she wasn't familiar with my home. I mentioned them to her and she has not missed anything since. She is incredibly reliable, showing up on time, on the right day and getting the job done.

CAROL IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. A COUPLE OF TIMES I HAVE HAD TO CALL HER BACK A SECOND TIME, BUT SHE ALWAYS RETURNS THE CALL. I KNOW SHE IS VERY BUSY AND AM SURE THAT IS WHY I DO HAVE TO OCCASIONALLY HAVE TO MAKE A SECOND CALL. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO HER NEXT VISIT. HER PRICES ARE VERY GOOD.
