 + -1 moreI mentioned to Mike Jenkins that in addition to installing an air handler at my rental property, I needed a "checkup" on the A/C at my own home. His office contacted me immediately to schedule the work. The serviceman arrived on time and completed the job. It was very thorough; about 20 items were on the checklist. The $185 covers 2 cleanings. They will call me in 6 months to schedule the next one. The serviceman was very nice and cleaned up after himself.

 + -1 moreWE 'INHERITED' CALDECO FROM PREVIOUS OWNERS OF HOME. FOR OVER FIVE YEARS THEY HAVE CONTINUALLY MAINTAINED THE SYSTEM EFFICIENTLY, REASONABLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. THE TWO MAJOR UNITS THAT FAILED WERE COVERED BY THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY FROM TRANE. THEY TOOK CARE OF THE WARRANTY PAPERWORK AND LOCATED THE PARTS NEEDED TO DO THE JOB. WE WERE WITHOUT OUR A/C FOR LESS THAN 48 HOURS.
Description of Work: REPLACED COMPRESSOR IN PUMP UNIT AND VARIABLE SPEED BLOWER MOTOR IN AIR HANDLING UNIT OF HEAT PUMP.

 + -1 moreTHEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND SEALED ALL DUCTS IN THE ATTIC. THEY ALSO WENT UNDER THE HOUSE IN THE CRAWL SPACE AND INSPECTED THOSE DUCTS. THEY SEALED THOSE FROM THE FLOOR REGISTERS. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT THEY DO.
