Description of Work: Refinished our very old pool with a Marquise finish and retiled the pool water line. Installed kool deck finish on concrete done by others. Overall experience was positive, cost compared to others was a bit lower, they were punctual and stuck to the promised schedule. They were careful and did good site protection and cleanup.

Description of Work: We called last week and he asked if they could come Easter Sunday and we said yes, we didnt have any plans. They never showed up or called. When I called today, Tues, 2 days later, he said well, we are swamped, you should get someone on your side of town. Irate - Bad company.

Description of Work: From day one everything was perfect. They were prompt, resurfaced the pool with marquis coating, They applied a new cool deck around the pool and repaired and sealed the existing river rock on the lanai. They balanced the pool water. Great!
