Bravo Fence

Poorly, Crew could not speak English. Fencing installed wasn’t leveled and leaned quite a bit. Another crew came out without a level. They had to use my 6’ level to get it right after my intervention to show how to level the fence post. Pricing was comparable to other companies and I chose Bravo because of another installation on my street. Would not recommend unless you speak Spanish.

The quote they gave us was great, but like the bold saying goes, you get what you pay for. Completion of the fence install took about 2 weeks. On day one of install, they arrived with the wrong pickets, wrong locks, and we didn’t fin out until later, they didn’t have the correct gates either. We were told they would be back the next day, because they were not going to make a second trick back for the other missing items, but no one showed up the next day. We had to call and report the issues to the main office and they weren’t even aware their men hadn’t completed the job. Long story short, they had to come back a few times over the corse of 2 weeks, and a few times they failed to show up, because of poor communication problems with management and their sub contractors. Fast forward two years later, and one of our fence posts is leaning back towards our neighbors yard, brining our fence with it. I called their office only to be told they only have a 1 year warranty on their fence.

Went okay but we ended up with a few problems and cannot get anyone out to our house to fix the fence. Now, the company is demanding our other 1/2 of payment for this fence. We will pay once the problems are fixed. • We have three (3) boards we would like to have replaced. 2 boards are cracked and 1 looks like insect damage (who would install cracked boards?) • Gate gap – still have a gap in the gate area. Need this fixed. A hand can go through and open the gate up from outside. • Handle is on the wrong side on another gate • Handle and lock are on the wrong side of another gate (why would you want a lock on the outside of a gate? Fences are suppose to keep items locked up on the inside area) Installed in September and it is December and still waiting for someone to come out to fix the fence and gate!

I would say I'd give them an 80% good. A main gate has too much space between the panels. Clean up was not adequate.

I requested a quote for vinyl fencing. I was scheduled for someone to come out the following Monday at 9am. The Thursday prior, someone from Bravo called requesting to change the time to 1pm. Fine, no big deal. 1pm Monday comes and goes. It's been rainy, so I try to be a little flexible. Finally after 2pm I call. I'm told my address is an empty lot (it isn't, I'm sitting in the house as I type this) and that the guy had called me (I had no missed calls or messages, so no, he did not). They offer to give me the guy's phone number, so I can call, try to track him down, figure out where he is and what his schedule is, and try to reschedule with him. I'm sorry. I'm not doing your job for you. And as a service worker, I wouldn't dream of asking someone to. I've had other quotes, we'll be going a different route.

They were very professional aND did a great job.

They did a wonderful job and deliver what was quoted. I would definitely recommend them.

I went with another provider that was responsive, professional, and efficient. I will NEVER recommend this Bravo Fencing to anyone in the future.

Daniel from Bravo fence came on December 2nd to give me a quote for the job. He provided me the quote onsite. Later that day we set the date of the install as December 16th. On December 15th I received a text asking to gain access to the property to "remeasure". Via the text I found out that Daniel was no longer with the company and they needed to verify the measurements. I asked via text if there was a problem with making the installation visit and never received a response back. I waited at home for the installation team on the 16th an no one showed. I called to find out that they were not coming for the installation because they did not have the product. I wasted time off work at home needlessly. Over the next few days I had to call the vendor no less than 3 times to find out when the installation would be rescheduled. Finally a date was set as December 28th. When the installation team arrived on the 28th no one spoke English. They did a nice job with the installation overall, but the customer service at Bravo is not existent. From all the calls I made there I only received one returned call. I never received an apology for not being able to make the first installation date. All that was said was they had to follow up on all of Daniel's jobs. Clearly that is not my problem or fault related to my waste of time waiting for the installation. When I called after the job was completed saying that no one spoke English, there was no apology again. No customer service at all!

Appointment was made immediately and Thomas was actually early for the estimate. His estimate is higher than two others we have gotten and my husband liked one of the other project coordinators better, so we'll most likely be going with them.

We had a problem and they came immediately the next day and fixed it well.

I CAN'T REMEMBER THE EXACT DATE OR PRICE, BUT I DECIDED TO GO WITH BRAVO TO DO A BOARD-ON-BOARD FENCE IN MY BACKYARD. AFTER ADVISING ME THAT ALL THE POSTS WOULD BE IN CONCRETE AND THEY WOULD NOT SUB OUT THE WORK, I COME HOME TO FIND VELASQUEZ FENCING OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT BUILDING MY FENCE AND NOT USING CONCRETE ON THE POSTS. I WASN'T THAT WORRIED ABOUT NOT USING THE CONCRETE AS IT'S DEBATABLE HOW EFFECTIVE THAT IS, BUT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO AND DIDN'T. IT DID ANNOY ME THAT THEY SUB CONTRACTED THE WORK AFTER THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T DO THAT. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS POOR. I HAD SEVERAL BOARDs FALLING OFF, THEY DID NOT FOLLOW MY SURVEY CORRECTLY, THE POSTS WERE CROOKED. ONLY THING I LIKED IS THAT THEY HAVE A STEEL-FRAME THAT IS ATTACHED TO THE GATE TO ENSURE IT DOESN'T SAG (ALTHOUGH THEY HUNG THE GATE INCORRECTLY). I ASKED THEM TO COME BACK AND FIX THE ISSUES. THEY DID COME BACK, BUT ONLY FIXED ABOUT HALF OF THEM. I REALLY FELT DUPPED BY THE WHOLE THING...

I knew I should have backed out of the agreement when they didn't even know who I was or could not find my file or any paperwork. I contracted them to put a fence up. They were supposed to call on Saturday and let me know that they were going to arrive on Monday. No one ever called. It appears the outsource all of their work to independent contractors. There was no company viehicles and the the men did not appear to work for Bravo fence. Overall the job they did was ok but they left the job site with the work incomplete. The gates were not secure and the some of the work was very shoddy. The also installed the gate in the wrong direction and had two different heights of fence and posts showing. It took them over a week to address the issues that I complainded about. They were very rude, unprofessional and would not let me tell them my needs or what needed to be fixed. Mr, Tarricew Thorpe the supervisor was especially rude to me over the phone. He called several times only to ask the same questions over and over again. I would not use this company again nor would I ever recommend them to a neighbor or friend.

They were great. I have done business with them twice.

It was all built from scratch and they did their best. One of the last days that they were here, I could not be home when they finished and I could not give them the payment. They asked that I mail it, but I had a question and they sent someone else out so I gave them the payment. They tried their best to accommodate me, which was great. I need to call them because my gate is sagging and I want to find out if they will repair it.

The experience went well. We were told what to expect and the workers came on time and did a very good job. The price was reasonable.

Fence looks terrific. The fence is on a sloped lot. Fence follows the contour perfectly. Gates work well. Had to fence around a couple obstacles. Had a few minor things that came during installation, they were extremely responsive in doing them.

The job went well. The workers were very conscientious. A PVC pipe from the pool did get broken in the process, but they worked hard to fix it even though they aren't responsible for pipes underground. One of the original measurements was off, so they had to get me another section. They did that with no problem and were very personable to deal with. The fence looked great when they were finished. After a week or so there was some settling and the gate latches didn't work right, but they come out immediately and fixed that problem and I haven't had any trouble since.

We first ordered the wood fence at $4394 but changed our minds and decided to go with the vinyl fence. Once installed, it looked great but was not functional...it was over a ft off the ground! We were told that was our order but it became clear that because of the switch from the wood fence, they had never asked if we wanted the vinyl fence ''near the ground'' A major sprinkler break (the place was clearly marked by the sprinkler) resulted in our out of pocket expense of $150 & the gate hardware was installed on the wrong side of the gate. This was fixed but caused another problem which was fixed but none of the fixes were ever done when we were home to comment (and were unannounced). The experience was not the quality level that we expected. If I had more than 20 characters left in this field, I would explain more in detail.

A good experience. There was a long wait until they could install the gates, however every other company that we called had a similar delay. The pricing was also only slightly lower than the other bids that we got. I gave those two areas a "B" but Bravo Fence really was in line with the rest of the market place as far as schedule and cost. Overall we are happy with the project and would use them again.

I am very satisfied with their work and professionalism. The workers spent a full day installing the fence (8 am to 5 pm) and worked the entire time. The quality of their work can easily be seen from a distance and up close in detail. I will use Bravo Fence again.

Everyone we talked to at Bravo was polite and helpful. We thought the estimate was pricey, but we didn't get any other estimates so it might not be. We wanted Bravo to do the work because they're on Angie's List. The installers arrived when they were scheduled and worked efficiently. The deck railing took a day and a half to install, and they were hard at work the whole time. The gates took less than a morning for them to complete. The gates line up perfectly, and they hauled away the old gates for us. We hadn't realized that the deck over our screen room is slanted so we hadn't realized the kinds of complex problems the installers would run into with prefabricated aluminum railing. It was a complex installation because they had to keep the railing perfectly level so everything lined up on all three corners and didn't slant... and they did much of they work on ladders! We were very impressed with their expertise, and the railing looks even better than we hoped.

The salesman was on time and pleasant to deal with. We ordered a fence that needed to be installed on time and the employees were very cooperative in keeping us in touch with the estimated delivery date. They did delay installation an additional day, but the fence was installed on time for us, and it looks and works great so far. We obtained two estimates, and their price was much better than the first.

SCOTT, THE SALES REP ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS, AND I HAD ALLOT OF THEM! THEY DID THE INSTALL ON THE DATE REQUESTED AND ALL IN ONE DAY. THIS INCLUDED TAKE DOWN AND INSTALL OF 109' OF FENCE. NINA, IN THE OFFICE WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL WITH THE PAPERWORK BECAUSE OF THE FINANCING.

WE PURCHASED WHITE PVC FENCING (6FT AND 4FT PICKET) FOR OUR YARD. THE SALESMAN CAME OUT TO OUR HOUSE AND MEASURED AREA AND GAVE US THE QUOTE. IT WAS THE BEST QUOTE WE RECEIVED FOR THE FENCING WE WANTED AFTER HAVING 4 OR 5 COMPANIES COME OUT FOR ESTIMATES. WE SCHEDULED THE WORK FOR THE WEEKEND AFTER WE CLOSED ON OUR HOUSE. IT WAS COMPLETED IN 2 DAYS WITH ONLY MINOR PROBLEMS THAT WERE CORRECTED. THE ONLY DRAWBACK IS THAT THEY ONLY ACCEPT CASH/CHECKS. WE WOULD HAVE FENCED OUR WHOLE YARD HAD WE BEEN ABLE TO FINANCE IT. WE COULD ONLY AFFORD TO FENCE PART OF OUR LARGE YARD BECAUSE OF PAYMENT OPTION.
