Pass! Find a contractor that cares to do quality work and conducts business in a professional manner. Late, no show, unreturned calls and emails. Save the headache, and find someone else.

The initial job was done well. Initially, Alberto was pleasant to work with and worked very hard to give us what we wanted. The back patio turned out very nicely, however, we have had some difficulties with the driveway. Instead of just cracking, the overlayment chipped completely off in places. Alberto was very kind in offering to re-do the driveway at cost. Our only trouble is working out a schedule with Alberto, as he does not always come when he says he will. A member of our household even took off a half day off work to oversee the work that was scheduled for that day and Alberto completely failed to show up and wanted to reschedule last minute. This was quite frustrating. The work has yet to be finished. Update: the work promised was never finished. He scheduled a time to come do the work, but never showed up. Alberto will not return our calls or emails. We have tried numerous times to get in touch with him. Our driveway looks terrible because more and more of the overlayment is chipping off in big chunks. We are so very disappointed. I really liked Alberto to begin with, and I am shocked and saddened by this behavior.

Alberto pulled up our carpeting so we could have him stain our concrete for a maintenance free, Florida humidity resistant flooring in our family room. The floor looks exactly like the floor we asked him to duplicate (a store floor nearby) and it's beautiful! He ran into some problems with poorly poured concrete and cracks and bumps, but he and his guys cleaned it up and it looks great!
