Blue Sky Pools Inc

I am in the market for a pool and called several pool companies. I contacted Blue Sky Pools through their website and got no response after 1 month. I tried again and got no response after another week. I decided to contact them personally and see if I could get an appointment set up. After speaking with the office staff, and apologized to regarding the web site an appointment was set up to have Jennifer come out and take a look. When she came out she was a bit late which was curious since the office staff assured me she lived nearby my area. After a short talk we went out back and I explained what I wanted. I know its going to cost a bit more than usual because I have some requests to make my back pool deck MINE and not cookie cutter. She took measurements and explained how the layout should look, then we went inside. She showed my wife and I all of their products, not really asking what we wanted, just what we would get, then said she would mock it up in the computer and send us copies with a break down of costs. Of course we understood that they could not build the pool immediately as this is the pool building season, and she told us as much. Its now been more than a month later, no phone calls, I've left messages on the office phone with no call backs, and I have yet to see one design. This is not the first pool company to do this either and its becoming a bit of a trend. I assume these guys simply are not hungry enough to want to get my business. I will not be buying from them.

I called Blue Sky Pools and made an appointment to have a designed come to my house to discuss installing a new pool and spa. An appointment was made with Jennifer a couple of weeks after the call. The day of the appointment Jennifer arrived on time and was very pleasant. We spent a few minutes discussing my needs and wants, she provided me information on the company and products, she then took measurements and pictures before leaving. After several weeks I called the company to see when I may hear back from Jennifer on a preliminary design, and was told she was off that day and they would give her my information so she could call me back. After a week of no response I called the company back, and was told Jenifer was not in the office, and again gave them my information to relay to her. It has now been several more weeks and have not heard back from anybody at Blue Sky Pools. Not sure how a company can stay in business by ignoring potential customers.

We could have not picked a better company! We are very happy and pleased. Blue Sky Pools is professional and always available, both via e-mail and phone. We love that this is a family owned business and that someone was always present while work was being done. Jen helped us design our dream pool. She came to our house several times to make everything perfect for us. Mike or Ben were always present and answered all our questions and concerns - from construction start to finish. Without hesitation would we build another pool with them!

Very professional. Jen kept us informed. She handled all of the paperwork with our HOA and county permits. Mike managed the construction. The design, materials used and completed project far exceeded our expectations.

They're wonderful, I loved them. They're a family owned company, they're totally responsive. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Working with this company was a great experience from start to finish. They did everything as promised and even went above and beyond to provide services not originally outlined in our contract. This is a family-owned company and they provided very personal service and communicated every detail to us on a regular basis. They were always available for questions and concerns and even almost three years later, they are still readily available for warranty work. After hearing the horror stories of other pool companies it was refreshing to know that we could depend on Blue Sky Pools. Our pool is quality-built and we have enjoyed every moment in it. We would recommend this company to anyone and would definitely use them again in the future.

It is a small family owned company and they are phenomenal. It is pretty much operated on word of mouth. They are also very responsive and if there is any problem they come right away to take care of it.
