+ -1 moreit was horrible, I paid him $550 to fix a leak and he gave me a hard time when it rained and the same spot leaked again and again and again. Then he sent someone out and put a tarp on it and told me I needed a new roof.

+ -1 moreHis prices are very reasonable. He is nice enough to come in a replace a light bulb or carry something out. He and his wife are coming in December to organize my garage and clean it out.
Description of Work: I have a small front lawn that he charges me $45.00 monthly to cut the lawn and trim the bushes and I pay him extra to cut the palms and greenery in the back yard.
