Description of Work: One year ago, I hired Bill's pool service to resurface my pool and repair a spot where rebar started to appear on the pool's side wall. Additionally, we had new tiles put around the rim of the pool. Bill and his crew were very efficient and did a great job. Several months later, I noticed a deposit on some spots on the tile and then this spring some areas of the grout turned from white to yellow in one section of the pool. I called Bill and within a few days he came by and assessed the issue. He told me he would come by within the week and take care of it. He did, and him and his assistant went above and beyond: they removed the deposit and re-grouted the whole side of the pool - not just the areas that were affected. They also inspected all of the tile/grout around the pool. Bill did not charge a penny for this and we are very happy with the work and the responsiveness. I definitely recommend him and his crew.
