BIG BOB'S HAULIN' JOBS

I would say it was very good. He came when he said he would be here. His actual final cost was below the estimate. We had no problems with him refusing to take any of the items. They were responsive to our calls and got the job done.

Bob apologized for the delay in returning my call, even though I thought he got back to me rather quickly, an example of his concern for his customers. I called on Friday and asked if he could come Monday morning. He had an 8:00 am job, but said he could be here by noon with 2 helpers. He made sure they knew what was to go and what stayed, and kept a watchful eye when the larger items were removed, insuring there was no contact with walls, corners etc. This was a very well managed and coordinated effort. I was very impressed with the way everyone conducted themselves and how efficiently the job was done. Bob has a perfect combination of good natured ness and professionalism I definitely recommend Big Bob's Haulin Jobs.

This was the third time I have used Big Bobs. The owner and his crew are hard working, no-nonsense and I believe that they charge a fair price. I had called last week and they arrived as promised between 8 and 9 am. Bob assessed the job, gave me a quote and estimated that it would take them an hour to complete the work. They went right to work and were done 55 minutes later. Like in previous occasions, they cleaned up everything and did a great job. I will use them again and I can recommend them highly.

Bob was very helpful. He was prompt and called ahead so that I could meet him for the job. They were very efficient.

We are so grateful to Bob and his dad (I'm sorry - I don't remember your name!) for the hours of hard, disgusting work it took to clean up the mess. We could NOT have done it without them! Without wasting a moment, they jumped right in and carried, hauled, dragged and removed carpet, trash and debris that hadn't been touched in at least a year. Sweat and blood were the order for the day as they received several scratches hauling the branches but it never slowed them down. They never hesitated and, in fact, had to be coerced into taking a much needed break. Throughout the morning, I was there trying to help as much as possible without getting in the way and we talked, joked and swapped tales. Bob and Dad have a great rapport - their banter was very entertaining and helped make a filthy job enjoyable. I would hire them again in an instant and in fact, plan on doing so sometime over the next few months.

Bob and his guys were here when scheduled. They were very nice and respectful of me and my home. The charge could not have been more reasonable. After quoting the price, he offered twice to take any additional items that I may have laying around.

On time, courteous, helpful. Price was good. I would definitely use them again.

After spending the morning hauling the couch in question to The Salvation Army, and The Salvation Army not taking it because it had cat scratches on the side. I called around in the phone book to get someone to pick the two pieces up. Phones were disconnected, no one answered, or I had to leave a message. I remembered that I should check on Angie's List and called 5 different haulers. The first was $37, second $100, $46, $80 and then $60. I went with Big Bob, who was $60 and they have a 10% off coupon, and both Bob and his wife were very professional and extremely nice on the phone. As I am a female and was alone at home, Bob and his wife made me feel more comfortable than others I called. He said he would be at my house within and hour, which he did. When he saw my furniture, he charged me $40 because he thought it was "less big" than I described initially. He even took a 6 ft branch laying in my yard. Very professional husband and wife team. Will use again and let others know.

After a little trouble finding my place (normal), I explained the work to be done, and we started removing the old appliances, stove, water heater, two old gas grills, some old fence sections, doors, and other refuse. Then, we removed the dead fridge from my kitchen, emptied it, and hosed and bleached it out. This process is not a normal part of Bob's service, but he was not busy and gratefully, helped me do the job right so that the unit would be accepted by the recyclers. This is a top-notch, reliable, honest, friendly company to do business with. He gave me the Angie's list discount, and I gave it back as a tip.

He was prompt, courteous and very easy to work with. He charged less than we had expected for such large items. We will use Big Bob again and again!

Big Bob was great. We had a small number of cardboard boxes, and a few other things, that the trash man did not pick up the day before a big party. Bob took care of everything within hours of calling, even though we didn't even have enough to make his minimum load size. He went out of his way to take care of us, even in the middle of a huge rain storm. We'll definitely call when we get larger loads to be hauled away.

Excellent! Bob was able to come out the same morning I called. He was very courteous and friendly, and informative about the City requirements about handling different types of waste.

Bob showed up on time and did the work extremely fast at the agreed upon price. I will be using him in the future.
