Description of Work: I was having a dispute with my neighbor about whether or not to remove a tree. Ken was able to come and provide a objective input. After evaluating the tree, he walked with me around my yard to make suggestions for landscaping.

Description of Work: I have a large oak in my yard that I have had concerns about since the last time the power company severely trimmed it back from the utility lines. Every tree company I previously contacted was only interested in quoting a price for removing this beautiful shade tree from my back yard. This was not my goal. I wanted to know why it was not filling out as well as before and why it was dropping so many small dead twigs. | |I finally found Beyond the Bark and Mr. Ken Miller. He was very professional, arriving for our appointment promptly and spending a great deal of time examining my tree from every angle possible, discussing different ways to salvage older and distressed trees. Unfortunately, my tree was beyond that and he had no choice but to sadly recommend removal, however I did feel that a Certified Arborist had made and unbiased and impartial judgement for my benefit and well being. I would highly recommend both him and Beyond the Bark for this type of work.
