They call and say that they can come out on a certain day; if you want them to come out, you don?t have to answer but if you don?t want them to come out, you just need to call and tell them. They usually tell me who is coming, and the person who comes out will have a name tag on - they knock on the door and back off way back, and I like that. They don?t aggravate you. I?d say that their price is good - their punctuality and quality of work are even better.

They seem to be doing well. They are punctual and responsive. The quality of their work is okay. I will use them in the future again.

Arrived on time. They checked to make sure the house was ready. Rebagged a few items. Tented, they had to make a few changes due to the pool deck screen cover. The crew seemed to know their jobs very well. I was told exactly what to do and when it would be finished. Very pleased with the service. No termites now.

Every other month this company comes out to treat the perimeter of my home in order to prevent insects from entering my home. It's very rare for an insect to penetrate that chemical barrier and remain alive, but if you see any, all you do is call the company and they'll send your exterminator out to retreat the problem areas. Since the treatment is done on the outside, there is never any nasty pesticide smell in the house. In addition, you never have to worry about the kids getting in the chemicals. This company has been my exterminators for over twenty years.

I HAVE WEEDS GROWING IN THE YARD, AND IT IS NOT DOING WHAT IT IS SUPPOSED TO DO, AND THEY ARE NOT RETURNING MY PHONE CALLS ON TIME. I HAVE BROWN PATCHES IN MY YARD.

MARTY WAS THE GUY THAT HELPED ME OUT, HE WAS EXCELLENT.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN, MARTY, IS SO GOOD. HE LISTENS TO ME. WHEN I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE, HE CALLED BACK WITHIN 15 MINUTES AND CAME TO DO THE WORK WITHIN 24 HOURS.

For that reason I gave Best Termite a 3rd chance after they did not render the service to my lawn according to my contract.I think I was not being unfair by not paying for a service that was not correctly rendered for the 3rd time according to what I requested.This cost me extra because I had to call another co. to treat my lawn that was almost dying.I tried to have a civilized conversation w/ Mr. Mongivi but he was rude to me, he started yelling at me & he had me on speakerphone during the whole conversation.I had to tell him that I was not yelling at him & to please lower his voice.I agreed to pay only 1/2 of the service & that I will then cancel my pest control service for the house.This is not about the money.It is about breaching a contract & having the nerve to ask me to pay for full service.This is about trying to have an honest & fair customer-business relationship.Customer satisfaction is a very important subject for companies.They know that customers are their best reference.

When I first dealt with this company, it wasnt very pleasant. They came to service my lawn without first making an appointment. My service became better after I contact you all at Angies list. John called me a day before he was supposed to come out and arrived on time for the job. Thank you Angie for your assistance.

They got very disagreeable when I tried to cancel. I didnt appreciate their attitude.

CHOSE THIS COMPANY (OF TOP 2) BECAUSE THEY WERE ABLE TO RESPOND MORE QUICKLY THAN THE OTHER ONE -- GOT SOMEBODY IN TO TREAT THE PROPERTY ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
