Mr. Jesse Guerrero arrived at our house regarding a "critter" in our attic. He inspected the attic and concluded it was a squirrel. He then inspected the roof and saw the squirrel escaping on the roof. He found an opening where the squirrel had been entering the attic so he patched the small hole with wire mesh and expanding foam. When walking around the house he also found another small opening which he closed. He put a trap in the attic in case there was another squirrel up there and retrieved it on Monday. The trap was empty so he concluded the one he saw was alone. Mr. Guerrero was extremely professional and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I will definitely use this company again if needed. Nice people on the phone and in person.your attic

I just had service for the first time last week and so far it has been good. Their service was new and I am still seeing those little varmints running around but they said it will take a while to kill them off. I have a contract with them and got a discount for a yearly agreement. Their service is very attentive.

They took care of everything and were more than helpful. They came back a second time to follow up with me on properly bagging groceries in my cabinet so I don't have any more pest.

So far, so good! Mike was here to help within 24 hours of me calling. The customer service has been amazing, the price is affordable, but it will be a bit before I can repost the critters are gone!

They spray inside and spray my lawn for pest control. It has been going great and they are very responsive and reasonable.

I have used this company for many, many years for my fertilizing and yard pest control. They were reliable and did a good job. Last year I had a new lawn installed. I wanted zoysia grass. At first they discouraged me, saying that they don't handle many zoysia lawns and different treatments are required, but I was insistent, so they gave me a bid for grass and installation and I hired them. The only issue with the installation was that the final bill was about 25% higher than the estimate, which I paid. The problem started later. I did not replace the grass in my back yard, which was still St. Augustine. After a treatment several months ago, the zoysia looked fine, but all of the grass in the back yard died. My assumption was, and continues to be, that they didn't switch out the treatment for the different grass. I contacted the company, and it took 3 calls to get a response. They sent someone out to take a soil sample, from which to this day I haven't heard the results. After many follow up calls, they sent someone out to measure the yard, saying they would replace the sod. That was the last of the contacts I had with them. They didn't replace the sod or return phone calls. I found it hard to believe they would treat a long-term customer this way, especially someone who had spent so much money with them. I will never use them again, because now I feel that if they were to kill my grass that they installed, and spent thousands of dollars on, they would leave me out to dry.

They do a pretty good job. I am happy with their services.

Wonderful experience! The tech was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He looked in cabinets and every nook and cranny that might pose a problem. He explained his treatment procedures and did them quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased and when he left, we felt confident that we were in good hands.

I inquired online for three different pest control companies. While the other companies took days to respond, (if at all), Best responded the very next day and came out to look at my property. Their quote was very reasonable. They scheduled the treatment that week. The tech was on time and the treatment appears to have been successful.

Pricing was very competitive, $75 for initial, $50 for every other month follow up. Service was scheduled for next day and service man was exceptional. Very friendly, engaging, neat and clean. I would not hesitate to refer to a friend.

Everything they did was top notch. They explained things, they were on time and left things clean. There was no evidence of any termites after the service.

I have just never had bugs. I don’t even let them in the house, so they are very good. They take care of the pests for me, and I never even know they are here. Their price is $25 a month; I have been with them forever though. I have had no complications with them and would recommend them to others. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

They are friendly and they are locally owned. They did a good job. I don’t know how much we paid because we were buying a house and it was a part of it, and so they did the job before hand. It actually got paid out of the closing cost. We will use their services again in the future.

Numerous drywood termite swarms this year both inside and out. Best provided a competitive estimate and offered a bundle with pest control and Sentricon (subterranean termites) (about $2700 for tent, Sentricon install and a year of pest control and Sentricon monitoring). Work went as planned with no surprises. They've been back as expected for pest treatment and the Sentricon monitoring.

Great experience. They came over right away to provide an estimate. They had a busy schedule but were able to work us in quickly. They were very nice, professional, and went the extra mile. They even removed all of the window boxes from the exterior (I didn't even know they could be removed!) to prevent the fumes from killing the flowers.

We discovered termite holes in the drywall. Best Termite gave us an estimate right away but were already booked for a month. They were able to tent our place sooner because it is a small house. They came on time, removed the tent and gave us clearance to go back inside as promised. Their cost is based on the size of the building. They gave us a 3-year guarantee.

There was a waiting period before they could schedule my house, but they showed up on time and went right to work. Richard Mangiovi pesonnally supervised the job and did several extra tasks to prepare the house for tenting. He worked with me to meet my needs. Best did a good job of cleanup when they were finished.
