Description of Work: Tented my house. Awesome job! I've lived here for 37 years and had two large companies tent in the past. One of them put the gas in a small room and the termites never left. (you know who you are!) The other put in my contract that only their employees would do the tenting. When I came by to check, another guy I had never heard of had his sign on my house! When I called the company, I was told, that they could use "subs" whenever they wanted, regardless of the contract. I was really anxious over Best tenting my house. They were terrific! I have never encountered a termite company that was so professional and Honest! I wish I had hired them each time I had to tent. They will be the only termite company I will ever let on my property again. They guarantee the job for 3 years as part of the job, not as an extra contract you have to pay extra for. I'm just totally impressed!

Description of Work: They tented the entire house, then installed Sentricon stations which they monitor quarterly for live subterranean termite activity. |Though live activity has been detected in some of the stations, we have been assured that the bait taken back to the nest should eradicate the colony eventually.

Description of Work: The employee of the company falsified on the statement what he had done. I have lived in my new house for 5 months and the inside has never been touched because I have not been contacted when they will be out. Also, they claim to have sprayed my entire outside but that is impossible because the only entrance is locked and I am never home at the time they come.

Description of Work: Had to halt tree work bc of YELLOW JACKET NEST in the ground. Called Best and within an hour they were out to take care of the nest. They were very professional. Returned later on Saturday and then on Monday to make certain the yellowjacket nest was totally taken care of. I also signed up for their regular pest control every other month bc they were so prompt and reasonable and professional.
