I had some weather damage on my roof and did not know who to trust or call to repair my roof. I wanted to find a reputable roofing company that was more than a stand-alone business in the Tampa Bay area. I wanted a company with a National Reputation and many years of experience. I did my due diligence to find a company I felt I could trust, not because they say so but because they have years of experience. When I found Best Choice Roofing, I decided to call their Home office in Tennessee to ask questions to their customer service agent ,that any home owner would want answers, for a large renovation like a roof on your home. Elizabeth was very happy to talk with me and answered all of my questions. She made me feel at ease. After speaking with her I knew this company was the best fit for me. I just had a new roof installed this week. Everything from start to finish has been more than I expected! Many of us can dwell on what will go wrong. However, Nothing went wrong! From start to finish I watched and read from someone of their team who were always answering questions and explaining every document. They kept me up to date, communicating everything I needed to know throughout, so I could understand the entire process. I feel that Best Choice Roofing has years of experience, honesty and integrity. There are many other companies who can write ads, but I think that this company stands behind their name and integrity over the years. One other reason that I chose Best Choice Roofing is because they install Owens Corning Shingles that come with a warranty and backs their platinum warranty for 50 years and specific repairs. I give my Respect and Accolades to the Awesome Team I have dealt with " Best Choice Roofing in Tampa " on 3102 Cherry Palm Drive are : Ben Banks, Kaylee Callahan, Steve Wyatt, Jesus and all the employees I came into contact that work with Best Choice Roofing . As a customer I feel that the company values their integrity and honesty in all communities they serve. I highly recommend Best Choice Roofing!

Absolutely worst choice for roofing. I don't know where to start. Poor craftsmanship, took a total of 3 days compared to all my neighbors who chose a different company and they all got it done in ONE day. Not to mention it rained that weekend and there was no sense of urgency from the company for the delay. The shingles look nothing like what I was showed in the brochures. But Don't take my word for it come check it out. I live at 11126 Bridgecreek Dr. Riverview 33569. Compare my roof to all others around and you will see for yourself. I'm the only one in my neighborhood that went with this company and ALL the other neighbors went with a different company. I have to now look at this every time I come home and it's depressing. WORST DECISION EVER!!!

It was excellent. They did everything in their power to make sure that we have our insurance company. The fact that we talked to a bunch of roofing company, yet they were the only one who was willing to do with the insurance company. They basically did all for us.

It was good. They did the work they said and they did it when they said they were gonna do it.

They were good and took care of everything from start to finish perfectly. Everything was done 100%.
