Beryl provided a great experience for me as part of buying my first home. The inspection was scheduled ASAP, performed diligently, and I received the report ASAP. Beryl told me they pride themselves on their turnaround time because they realize there are other moving parts (quickly moving parts) to the purchase of a home. Beryl was the right decision for my inspection needs and they are highly recommended by me.

Awesome. Anthony from Beryl Project was our home inspector. We used the home inspection services twice within a short time frame. We were in the market shopping for our first home when I came across Beryl Project online. The appointment process was hassle free and the Inspector (Anthony) was right on time. Unfortunately the first home we got inspected did not work out for us and when we decided the next one, I knew where to call. Anthony arrived right on time and the inspection service was thorough. I appreciate his attention to details regarding small little things in the house and he was very straightforward and honest in making a comment or highlighting a concern. The detailed report was sent out the same evening and we were good to go. I would highly recommend Beryl for Home Inspection services.

Hired Beryl Project Engineering for help resolving outstanding permits as well as an external house inspection. I received an immediate response to my request as well as excellent email communication with agreement letters containing detailed explanations of the work to be completed. Leo arrived on time, was extremely professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding the home inspection as well as the permitting process. He did a thorough investigation, along with pictures and gave me an immediate turn around with the letters needed to take to the housing department.
