 + -1 moreTwo men from Believe Plumbing arrived at my home at the time promised and installed a new 1/2 horsepower garbage disposal, which came as part of the $199 offer. The installation was done quickly and efficiently and the lead plumber, without an extra charge, fixed a small problem with one of the sinks in my master bathroom and advised me that my hot water heater did not need to be drained. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and would use Believe Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

He and his partner resolved my issue in a very fast manner. I spoke with him about a bigger job I was quoted a price for.  + 0 moreBelieve Plumbing was very communicative in booking the appointment and were available on my first first choice for the appointment. They also let me know when they were on their way. No issues at all with the appointment. The two-man crew got busy right away cleaning drains, starting with the rooftop vent above our garage. In the end we were told that we needed to have old underground sewer lines replaced as they were eroding. I need to be very careful how I say this. I think there may have been a bit of a language barrier between the plumber and my wife. She picked up that we need to have sewer lines replaced but she did not understand where the lines are bad. We were provided with a repair quote on the back of a business card for $3,200 to "Repair drain line for washer, toilet, shower". He did tell her it might hold for a little while longer. In the end they were prompt and got to work right away. They did work hard. I don't feel as though I know exactly what is wrong and will probably have to have another plumber come out to provide a detailed estimate. I am not disappointed enough to complain. At least we can do laundry while we save for a major repair, that I still need to find out about in detail.
Description of Work: I bought an Angie's List deal from this provider to clean unlimited drains in my home. We knew we had a clog as the drain in our garage shower (which we never use) was backing up when we ran multiple loads of laundry. Believe Plumbing snaked multiple drains in an attempt to clear our drains.

 + -1 moreTerrible. Angies lIst doesn't hire the best they hire who Pays.......They cleaned out 3 drains, no sewer line said everything ok and left.
Description of Work: Purchased a Big Deal on Angie's List. All drains cleaned and sewer line cleaned out. 1st. the plumbers were in Tampa, I live in Kissimmee. This was an Angie's List mistake. We set appt. & they were to call us back to get address. We had a 1/23 appt. Monday. no one called us, I called them 3x to see if they were coming. They called back at 10p.m. Sun. said they were coming. They came. cleaned out 3 drains/ when I mentioned the sewer line, they made believe they didn't hear me and left, told me every thing ok. There was a language problem, in communications. I would not recommend them or Angie's List for anything. angies' list is a rip off and a fraud. Angies List tells you they hire the best. Not true, they hire who Pays and boy do you pay. We paid $150 for 5 min of work......... Unbelieveable

Description of Work: Complete re-piping of plumbing for my home. I had copper piping from 40 years ago that was under the slab of my home. I had two occasions where the piping broke and water flooded parts of my home. Believe Plumbing re-piped all lines to overhead using CPVC ( I believe that is what it is called). All water outlets, including outside water outlets, were re-routed.

 + -1 moreThe only delay experienced was due to the process required by the county to inspect the ground and compile documentation for the file in their report. Mr. Jimenez was available for me when I contacted him for updates, he either answered the phone immediately or returned my text or call within the hour. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The scheduled completion date was met and the problem I had experienced with my "plumbing" was eliminated. Mr. Jimenez is honest and a man of his word. I mention that because of a issue that occurred with my sprinkler system. Some irrigation lines had been compromised due to the removal of tree roots that had interfered with the preparation of the new drain field. I had one conversation with him about that when it was discovered, and he personally took care of making arrangements to correct the problem. Within 3 days my sprinkler system was operating as it had previously.
Description of Work: We had been experiencing "plumbing" problems for a couple of months. Initially the drains were sluggish, and the toilets were flushing with a gurgling sound. The issues escalated and sewage would occasionally backup in the bathtub when the washing machine was on. I had done a little research on the causes. However, after 3 visits, by 3 different "plumbers", and their unsuccessful attempts/concern to resolve the actual problem, I contacted Believe Plumbing. I spoke to Aniel Jimenez, explained the problem, as it had been explained to the others. Mr. Jimenez arranged a time to meet with me the next day. His assessment of the problem was that it more than likely was my drain field and explained why and how he made that determination. He provided me a written proposal and the following day he was "pulling" permits to start the process.

 + -1 moreIt was disappointing and difficult. The person who came spoke almost no English. I have no problem with the fact that people want to come to America to have a better life and I wish I could have communicated with this person, but it just was not possible. At first he told me that there was no problem with the toilet. I tried my best to explain that the toilet was running every hour or so, but could not come up with a way to have that be understood. He tried to call his boss but did not get an answer. After a while there was a call back and I talked to him, explaining that the toilet was running (off and on). So the flapper was replaced. I did not mention the plumbing inspection, because I knew that if it was done, he would not be able to explain any problems to me. I was concerned that he would tell me everything was ok, just like he tried to tell me that the toilet was ok.
Description of Work: Put in a new flapper but did not do a full plumbing inspection. so it was started but not finished.

The original scope of work included removing the old galvanized piping and replacing it as well as adding a new spigot and reconnecting the filter. I knew my plumbing was a mess ( too many owners with too many crappy solutions) It turned out I had pvc from the street but the old galvanized was also still connected! He just started over and also, without having to ask, went above and beyond the scope of work and repiped my mother in law suite that I initially told him didn't need to be touched. He realized what a mess it was and just redid it all correctly while I was gone. Wonderful! I bought a shed for the hot water heater and he moved it outside. He also agreed to hook up my fridge water and ice maker after the scope was discussed with no problem. I have so much water pressure now it's wonderful!!!!

I think he forgot I asked him to replace a stem in the shower that I can't get off to do myself but I never said anything so I can't really complain. Only one word of constructive criticism would be to lay down some type of sheeting for the high traffic areas. I totally get that it can be muddy and dirty going from in to out but the wonderful glow of all new piping would have been all that much better if I hadn't had to mop the whole house after. But I never said anything about that either so, again I can't really complain. I feel like I got an outstanding bargain and he was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend him. Everything was finished in one day. He did say they would be there earlier than they were which is not a problem but I could have slept in another 45 minutes!
