Showed up on time but with a heater That was too large. There was considerable delay while the installer went to Lowe’s to buy a different heater. No additional cost to me and work done professionally.

The company arrived on time, performed the service. Only complaint is that they could have done a better job cleaning up after themselves. I have seen since lower prices advertised from other vendors for the same service.

They scheduled the installation for between 3 and 5 and came at 5. They did a good job replacing the old toilet quickly. I'd like to suggest that they be more prepared with plastic and sponges so that they don't drip through the house when removing the old toilet. Other than that, I was very happy with the installation.

Believe Plumbing was able to replace a faucet that was nearly covered up by new deck work. They did a great job and finished quickly.

Frustrated with high estimates and lack of reliability from other plumbing contractors, I saw several "deal/offers" from Believe Plumbing on Angie's List and decided to give them a call. Mr. Jimenez arranged to come by at a time convenient to my work schedule. His prices were fair and the crew was able to start work the next day. They arrived on time and worked diligently until the project was completed. As the job entailed re-routing water lines, holes had to be cut in the plaster walls of two bedrooms. Believe Plumbing even repaired these areas - something the vast majority of Plumbing contractors exclude in their contracts. When the job was completed, the owner came by personally to inspect the work prior to accepting payment. All in all, I am very happy with their work. Would not hesitate to use them again and plan to recommend them, without reservation, to family and friends.

Job went well. Arrived on time. Disposal supplied was not a GE model as listed in ad but an Insinkerator Badger 5. Asked for model details prior to ordering and request went unanswered. Installer failed to leave included wrench for use when un-jamming unit. When I asked about it he either didn't understand my question or thought the wrench was only used for installation. Work was done quickly and job site left immaculately clean.

The company was quick to respond to my problem. They routed out both of my drains, which were clogged with 50 years of use. My drains now flow freely and my dishwasher works and drains freely again.
