+ 0 moreThe Bay Dock proposal was not the lowest bid we received, but it also wasn't the highest. Most importantly, it reflected an attention to detail that gave us confidence from the beginning that we were making a good choice. As for the new dock: The materials and workmanship are of high quality; the company owner and reps were professional and responsive; and the finished product is very well constructed and looks great. Although the company was backlogged with work (much of its focus is on commercial jobs), we never felt that our project was being pushed to a back burner and forgotten. We would definitely use Bay Dock again.
Description of Work: Bay Dock removed our old dock (including the pilings) and replaced it with a new one, substantially expanding the deck area at the end of the catwalk. We had them install Azek capped polymer deck boards instead of wood.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job on the decks but damaged our property. They owner of the company Kevin McNamara was extremely disrespectful to me. They were supposed to repair our property when they left and it didn't. It was a nightmare. They accessed my property with this huge budge and tore at my beach and landscaping. They were supposed to come back and fix it. When I called two weeks after when he was going to come back and fix it, he told me the f* word. It was just terrible. It was really terrible. I think that they did good work. I would never get him to call me back.
Description of Work: They did work at two neighbors houses and used our property to do the work. They built decks for our two neighbors.

Description of Work: They took forever to do sea wall and lift construction and didnt do as they said they would and lack of communication on follow up.
