Exellent.
Description of Work: Banko replaced the rollers on my garage door. The company was excellent from the first phone call (the receptionist was friendly and helpful) to the time the service tech came to do the repair. He was prompt, made suggestions, and made the repair as needed. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: AT FIRST IT DID NOT TURN OUT WELL AND THEY DID NOT SHOW UP. THEY CALLED BACK THAT NIGHT AND APOLOGIZED FOR MISSING THE APPOINTMENT. HE THEN INSTALLED OUR GARAGE DOOR AND MOVED AN EXISTING GARAGE DOOR.

Description of Work: WE HIRED THEM TO REPLACE THE BROKEN TORSION SPRING OVER OUR GARAGE DOOR. THEY ARRIVED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, THEY CHARGED THE PRICE THEY QUOTED OVER THE PHONE, THEY DID THE WORK IN A TIMELY FASHION, AND GAVE US SEVERAL POINTERS ABOUT HOW TO EXTEND THE LIFE OF THE SPRING. OVERALL, IT WAS A JOB WELL DONE.
