There was some confusion and miss communication to set up an installation date. The day the two installers arrived, on time, and they quickly, neatly and politely completed the job. We have received a number of compliments on the looks of our screen and my wife and I find it very convenient to open and close.

The sales rep was very patient explaining options, and she provided an estimate in a timely manner. The installer showed up at the designated time, removed the old door and installed the new one in an appropriate amount of time. He also provided suggestions for maintenance of the new door and old opener, as well as suggestions for an opener when the time comes to replace the old one.

The service tech, Tanker, has serviced my door and opener before, and he is a real pro. He knows all the different adjustments of the system and quickly identifies and solved my problem. He then serviced the door and opener. The office staff was through and efficient, emailing me a confirmation of the appointment within minutes of scheduling the service. Then, they sent a follow up thank you package with an included survey rating their service. Professional from end to end.

Company was more quickly responsive than other companies. Technician immediately determined the problem, replaced the broken part with on-hand spring. Project completed in less than 30 minutes. The technician was knowledge, friendly and efficient. ,

The customer service at the beginning was great. They scheduled my appointment and gave me a 2 hr window, which he arrived right at the beginning of the time frame. He was very nice and honest. All our garage doors needed was to be greased and the chains tightened. I will call them next time we need service for our garage doors.

We have used Banko Overhead Doors in the past and have, always, been satisfied with the promptness in getting a service technician out and the quality of the world. I believe that my husband called the company on 4-30-16 and spoke with an office rep because the door would not close, except manually. The technician came out at the agreed upon time the next day. We found him to be friendly, professional, knowledgable, skilled, and efficient. The price was very fair for the labor and materials. We will use Banko Overhead Doors in the future with confidence.

When I called Banko doors for an estimate for replacing the seal along the bottom of the garage they were very responsive and gave me a quote right away. They then offered to send a Service Tech. out the next day for which I did set the appointment. The Tech. arrived at the time set for the appointment after having called me earlier to let me know that he had the service call and approximate time that he would arrive. He installed the new seal and then we discussed the condition of the weather strip around the door that had been there for a few decades. He gave me a fair price to replace them so I had him do it. He did an excellent job. All that I have to do now is to caulk around the new weather strips. Once he finished the weather strip installation he made sure that the area was all cleaned up. He then spent some time adjusting the door which was, he noticed was not level. Before leaving he lubricated the rollers, etc. I was very impressed with the professionalism for the office folks and the Service Tech., Mr. Robert Harlow, that was at my home. I requested a company ID sticker from Mr. Harlow and have placed it on the garage wall next to the door opener. I plan to call them whenever I need any service for the garage door. I would also highly recommend them to anyone I know that is in need of service for their garage door.

I called Banko on Monday morning to replace a spring that broke the day before. They scheduled me for the same afternoon. The service tech, Tanker, called when he was on his way and showed up right on time. He replaced both springs and even tightened the chain for us. It only took about 30 minutes. Our garage door works great again! Price was exactly as quoted on the phone. This was the third time we've used Banko over the past 11 years. Always great service and reasonable prices. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The repair man was knowledgeable and friendly. He worked us into his schedule at my convenience. I was more than satisfied with the work.

We had new garage doors installed in September, 2015. They are beautiful and the installation went smoothly. We called the company in February,2016 to have the rubber strips replaced ( as promised in their warranty) due to breakage and wearing. The serviceman, Dan , showed up at the time promised. He was rude and insisted the damage was from rodents ... He then suggested we call an exterminator and left. The damage is not from rodents and we called the company supervisor to notify him as such. We will not use these people again.

The service tech was great, on time, and very professional. I didn't know it would be so easy to install. I wish the person my wife talked to on the phone to set up the appt would have said " it's easy to install" and we could have done it and saved on that part of the cost. service call 75.00 wireless opener 49.00

great! i called one day and the next day, they were out at my house. service was about an hour. serviceman was very polite and efficient. will definitely use them in the future! highly recommend!

--When I called Banko they first asked if we had access to our cars and did we need immediate assistance. As we were ok they scheduled an appointment to repair the door later that afternoon at my convenience. --The service person called in advance as promised and arrived at our door exactly on time. He replaced the springs and then tested the door to be sure it was working properly. --This is the third time we have used Banko for our garage issues including the replacement of our automatic garage door opener and have always been very pleased with their service. We highly recommend them.

Great service by Mike. He came promptly, was polite and helpful. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the garage door opener (lift gear stripped). It was clear that replacement of the 17 year old opener was the best solution. He gave me a choice of openers to install. He promptly did the replacement (too about 30 mins) and demonstrated use of the new openers (2). I was very satisfied with the job and the service.

Same day service. My door was briskness and I was leaving for the weekend and they had someone out here within 2 hours. He was fair, told me I may be able to save a few bucks by going to Home Depot and just having them install everything. It would have saved me 60 bucks, and he was upfront and honest about that. I decided his honesty and immediate install was worth the extra cost. He earned me as a customer. I got a brand new top of the line opener installed with all the bells and whistles.

The Installer: Brian T., did a Fantastic Job! Every detail attended to, extra mounting hardware installed in stub wall, perfectly square door to frame, spotless cleanup, professional, explained everything he did in detail. I have been in field service in Industrial machine repair for over 20 years, so I know what a great install looks like. This isnt a simple "wow, new door sure is purrty and works too"! This is one pro reviewing another. No crooked hinges or reinforcement beams, proper use of hardware, proper tools used and used correctly, his installation of the seals was perfect with no light coming through. He Showed up on time, 2 pm, and left at 630 pm. If I owned a company, i would hire Brian! Sales Rep: Gary was my sales rep and he also made the process very easy with detailed explanation and knew his product well. He showed up on Monday 1/18/16 as scheduled and was able to give me an installation schedule on the spot. Terrific. Also professional and courteous. Product: The door i ordered was a Clopay 9200. This door has an R value of 18! Windload rating of W6! The reinforcing beams on this door are insane, the seal between panels ensures a great seal. Price: I got 3 estimates before Banko's, which worked out great because i could decide on the spot. The "Apples to Apples" estimate put Banko only $50 more than the lowest price by the Large National chain. All estimates were based around a Clopay 4050, Wayne Dalton 8300, and a C.H.I. 2283.. But i had an Angies List $200 coupon for Banko. Between the Reviews on Angies List and the coupon, this was a no brainer. I chose a better door than the Clopay 4050 with an R6 value, the Clopay 9200 with an R18 AND W6 windload of 183MPH, was normally $200 more!!!! Paid the average estimate price and got 3X the insulation and 50MPH more wind protection. Thanks for the Coupon!! Banko: You have my lifelong business. Period. Wish i could upload photos. This is the third time I've used Banko, so I believe in them. The guy called on the day service was promised (the day after I put in the request) and said he was available early, so I welcomed him early. He realigned the rails. I have two garage doors and he serviced (oiled) both of them.

Service tech arrived on time and was very friendly. He quickly identified the problem areas with my door and fixed them. Now my garage door works great! You should definitely give Banko a shot.
