Installation was done on time , very efficient, installer was friendly and helpful.

Someone came out in one day and replaced the garage door springs. He was fast and the door works great again.

They found the problem and corrected it ASAP

Had my garage door replaced which also included all rails, rollers and springs. At the time the work seemed like it went well, and as been working for a little over three years without issue. Last night one of the two springs snapped, and now needs to be replaced. After reviewing all of the paperwork I received from Banko I couldn't find anything anywhere in which it clearly defines their warranty policy. I called Banko to discuss the matter and they wouldn't answer any of my questions until they pulled up my account. Questions such as "how long do springs last?", or "what is your warranty policy on work performed, such as springs?". Turns out I got the work done 3years and 3 months ago and how convenient that after they reviewed my account that the warranty on the springs expires at the 3 year mark. Something they couldn't tell me without looking up my account? With this sounding a little "fishy" I asked to speak with someone else in regards to this matter, I was placed on hold for a few minutes and the same girl who answered the phone got back on the phone again and stated she spoke with the Office Manager and she stated that if it was 3 years and 1 month they would have honored they warranty, but not 3 years 3 months thats too far out (that is what I was told). The Rep over the phone just kept saying that they would come out and replace it for a $250 cost (replace both springs), the product didn't even last 3.4 years why would I pay again for an inferior product that doesn't last? The last set of springs I had on the house lasted nearly 9 years, and per an Internet search of life expectancy of garage springs this is what I found: "Age and life expectancy play a big part in determining weather or not your torsion springs are going bad. The average spring life is 7-9 years, assuming 10,000 cycles at 4 cycles a day. However, with the garage door being used as the front door more and more, increasing the daily cycles, springs may last only 4-6 years." Really feel that their warranty policy needs to be written clearer within their paperwork. And that anything that breaks just past the end of the warranty date could be reviewed in an effort to try to retain the customer and make them happy. If its past the warranty by only a short while (3 months in my case, but well under the minimum of standard spring life) then maybe they could offer a good discounted rate to keep that level of customer satisfaction. Instead another garage company got my business, and I will continue to tell potential customers to avoid Banko due to their low product quality and low level customer service.

They did a great job...from Sales to installation! I had a question regarding one of the doors being level and they came right out and took care of it. Superb customer services!!!!

One spring was broken and they recommended to change other spring. They came out the next day and it was completed fast. They charged $225.00 for both springs.

Work was done in a timely manner, it was reasonably priced and they cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again most definitely.

Technician was very professional, arrived on time, he did an excellent job. He did not try to oversell.

Great experience. Diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the appropriate parts in minutes. Their service charge includes an hour of labor. Previously used Precision garage doors who use a flat price per repair. Each one of their prices includes a separate service charge. So if you get 4 things done that they recommend you are paying for 4 separate service calls. In addition Precision pays their techs 18% of the job for added items so they tend to recommend a lot of extra charges. Use Banko and get great techs and save yourself a lot of money.

The installation went great! The tech was on time and worked quickly to install the new door opener. He set the travel and force settings on the new opener and even helped me setup the built in car remote in our car. He was professional and friendly. I have used BANKO in the past and have always been extremely pleased with their service.

The service call went very well. Tanker took his time diagnosing the problem and then offered 2 possible solutions to the problem of a blown out circuit board.

They did an excellent job! Hurricane garage doors are not cheap, no matter who you good with. Everything was good! I would tell people to feel confident & comfortable with them.

Date for install made, installed promptly, professional installer, answered all questions. Office called to set up inspection. Fair price as compared to other companies. Would recommend to friends and other consumers looking to install, repair garage door and or openers.

Excellent!!! I called Banko - spoke to a nice, friendly gentleman who said we have someone in your area right now - Dan B. was here in 20 minutes. He changed our battery but did so many other things to make sure our garage door was running smoothly - he also had a pleasant attitude and very knowledgable about his job - this was very much appreciated - since some contractors are not always the best to get along with.

What a great experience I had with Tanker! He was extremely professional and honest with me from start-to-finish. Upon Tanker’s arrival, he tried my garage door opener, and to my amazement, it worked! Our overall experience with Banko Doors was exceptional. The technician had our new garage door and opener installed in no time. Arrived at the stated window time. Completed work within 30 minutes. Technician was thorough and knowledgeable about the issue at hand. Technician also adjusted the garage door and made sure I was happy with the results.

Great - while our timetable was 2-6pm, the technician arrive just after 6pm. However, he had the issue diagnosed, quoted and fixed within 45 minutes. The cost was far less than we had originally thought it would be, and the tech suggested that we replace the one broken spring with 2 just in case this were to happen again we would not be 'stuck' with a door we couldn't open. We agreed and took the suggestion.

Awesome! The tech was a little late arriving due to another job that took longer than expected. No worries, I had plenty of time anyway. He immediately began work installing a garage door opener that I had purchased on Amazon. He was fast and efficient. He had he old garage door opener taken out and the new one installed inside of 45 minutes! It would have probably taken me most of the day to install the new opener so my money was well-spent with Banko! Could not have asked for better service!
