On time service, very efficient. Without extra charge the service person lubricated the other garage door (the one we already had an opener on) and checked the opener. I was very pleased.

Banco installed our garage door openers in 2003 and have serviced them a couple times since then. They are very professional, do a great job, and are more inexpensive than others I have contacted. I will continue to use them when needed without hesitation.

I called before 9:00 Sunday morning the day after Christmas after the tension spring on my garage door snapped. They called me back within 30 minutes, and were able to come out by 11:30 AM and have it fixed within 90 minutes. They charged slightly more for a Sunday visit, but they appeared to be competitively priced. I was very satisfied with the work performed.

We liked them. They were able to come out really quickly and got the job done fast, everything went great. We haven't had to call them back out since.

One of the springs on our old garage door broke and we ordered a new one. They came out very promptly on a Saturday and installed it and got it working. They came in on time. We had no issues like the price being different from the estimate and so forth. The installer was very professional and simply excellent. The door looks great. I would highly recommend them.

I called Banko and they were very polite, setting me up for a service call wihin a short time of my call. The price they quoted me was less than other places I had spoken with, as the fee included everything, including the service call. The rep showed up promptly, got the job done well and without fuss, and the bill was exactly what was quoted. Doesn't get any better than that.

Everything turned out excellent! I used them several years ago as well for an overhead spring on my garage door.

We called, and the process was simple. We could choose a basic installation or a more deluxe system for a few dollars more. They appeared to know from our address who had built our house and what style door it had. We made an appointment, the tech showed up on schedule, and the installation was quick and efficient.

Obtained multiple bids for replacing damaged 20-year old garage door with required hurricane door. Banko price was competitive and highlighted tax credits available for insulated door versus non-insulated. With tax rebate the price for upgraded door was only a few dollars extra - well worth it. Door was ordered and installed two weeks later. Banko obtained the necessary building permits - a plus! The installer arrived promptly at the appointed time and was extremely professional and competent. Job was completed with 3 hours, including new garage door opener. Building inspector said installation was very good except for a minor item, which Banko promptly resolved, even though code did not require it. Overall, an excellent experience.

Went very well. Installers arrived at scheduled time, worked cleanly and professionally. Answered questions, and explained the process for inspection by the county. I am very pleased.

They got the doors in and we were satisfied with their work. The price seemed average; they weren't high and they weren't low.

Overall the job was well done, staff was professional however, was missing a tool and tape down the wiring and had to re-call back to fix correctly and also the lock mechanism was working intermittently but company responded quickly to fix.

I thought the Garage Door MOTOR was damaged. I had called a vendor from my local Neighborhood News a couple of months ago and it looked like they did a good job. The tech from Banko - Ed, showed me that the motor was fine and showed me that other tech did not properly balance the door (springs were not twisted properly). He did mention a "special" to replace the motor and track with a newer one, but did not try to "pitch" me anything. Angie's List has proven itself already on 3 different occasions in less than 6 months.

We have two single, heavy, wooden doors, and so it was a total of 4 springs. They came out to take a look at what we had and to give us an estimate. They changed the springs from going perpendicular to parallel to the door. They had to change the tracks because apparently, the ones they had was an old design which was a safety hazard. I think that the price was fine - I compared it to other companies and it was about the same.

The day I called they had someone in the area and he came out an told me the amount and called to arrange the appointment for the next day. I requested after 10:30 am and I received a call from the installer who verified my appointment and the time he would be there. He arrived late in the afternoon (which was fine) and performed the work as agreed upon.

called banko, very friendly phone rep. set up time, serviceman called on his way and perfromed job needed timely and was very professional and respectful.

We called them because the original door had Banco and they were on Angie's List. They did a good job overall.

Went well as usual. This company always shows up promply and it's usually the same repairman that comes each time. They have fixed several problems for me on my garage doors.
