The technician who came out did a phenomenal job. The work was excellent; I felt comfortable leaving them at home with my wife and kids to watch them finish the job. I trusted them because they knew what they were doing. They were very professional, came in and got the job done then charged me less money than they quoted on the phone. They showed up when they said they would and the door works fine now. They gave me a 6 month warranty on the spring and I will use them again in the future.

Very good, on time, price was right and can now get cars into garage. They did the original install about 12 years ago and did a good job at the time.

I called them on Monday and they set up an appointment for Tuesday. They arrived on time and inspected the garage door opener and diagnosed the problem very quickly. They had all the necessary repair parts on the truck and had the entire system working perfectly in under an hour. I will definitely use them again.

We had Banko install a garage door in an area that the builder had converted to sales offices(the garage). We had a small problem with the initial schedule as the installer did not understand the scope of work. This was quickly resolved as he called the office and rescheduled for 2/15/2012. They showed up exactly on time, completed the work in a very quick, efficient and professional manner. I believe that Banko is by far the Best Garage Door company that we have ever dealt with. After speaking with the original garage door concern, it became apparent that it would be best to replace the garage door that had been in place for over 20 years. A number of garage door concerns were contacted and responded to my request to estimate repairs to the existing door as well as to replace the door. It became apparent that there were two (of 4) repair concerns that were more responsive, professional, timely and patient with my questioning and needs as a consumer. Neil Reed was the sales person with Banko and his response, attention to detail and open communication was great. We discussed different options and again it was apparent that the repair to the existing door would be a temporary fix. In follow up calls, he was patient and responsive and offered an alternative. He worked with me on price and product which led us to purchase a new garage door opener as well. Further, he explained the installation process that was to take place. On the date of installation, we were hoping that our experience would go smoothly. We shouldn't have given it a thought as the installation went off without a hitch. The installer was here just as promptly as advertised and performed his work expertly. He completed his installation, loaded the old door and garbage onto his truck and cleaned the area he had been working in. He then called me out for inspection of his work and to explain the operation of the new door and opener. He then left as he had arrived with the installation performed in an expert and timely manner. Later that day, Neil took the time to stop back at my residence to make sure that I was satisfied with not only the installation experience but also with Banko Overhead Doors. He again took the time to explain the garage door operation, explained the warranty and requested that I call if I had any issues. Almost a month after dealing with Bank Overhead Doors, I would not hesitate to recommend Neil Reed and Banko Overhead Doors to any friend or neighbor in need of assistance on their garage door needs.

They garage door is fixed and at a reasonable price.

The Old door fell apart when it was opened in the morning. A SATURDAY MORNING!!! I was able to get it closed after we got the cars out and checked Angie's list for a repair company. I called Banko and told them the old door was damaged and unusable. By that afternoon they sent a technician out who made temporary repairs to the door. He advised us that the door and opener were bad and should be replaced. He left without giving us a bill just asking to use Banko if we had our door replaced. A salesperson arrived early the following week with options and pricing we selected what we wanted and within a few days they completed the work. The new door is great and functioning properly. This is a professional company with a skilled staff. I highly recommend them.

my garage door would not close. I contacted Banko and was given a repair date of today (day I called) and that a technician would contact me within the hour to give a time frame. He called quickly and advised would be out between 2-4pm and would call before coming. All of which he did. He determined the tension needed adjustment, lubed the door and reset my outside keypad also. He was very nice and polite and answered all my questions and concerns

Great Experience. The springs broken early in the morning and both cars were "in jail" inside the garage. The tech arrived within 1-1/2 hours of placing a service call and replaced the springs on the 1st visit. The tech was prompt, professional, and had the springs in inventory when arrived. We were very pleaed relieved to be released from "garage jail".

One of the springs on my garage door broke, trapping our car inside the garage. I called Banko, who I had used several years back, and within a few minutes I received a return call from the technician who gave me an estimated time of arrival. I explained that we had out-of-state company arriving at around his estimated time, and I asked if someone else could come out sooner. Some company's would resist this request, but Banko accepted it professionally and located another person who could arrive earlier. I thought the other person would rush through the work because my service-visit may have been squeezed into his tight schedule. But I was surprised to find that he was very thorough and not at all rushed. I received all-around professional service!

Great experience. I would recommend this company to anyone who is interested in replacing their garage doors.

Outstanding from begining to the end.

This company was very responsive and helpful. I needed to replace the top panel of my garage door and I wanted to get some prices to do so. This company called right away and talked with me over the phone. Asked that I submit some photos so they could determine the work needed. They told me that they weren't a distributor for the brand of my door and it would cost me more to replace the panel through them. If I went with someone who was a distributor, I could get the door a lot cheaper. I appreciated their honesty and will call on this company again if I need to replace my door.

The spring on our garage door broke yesterday, so this morning I called Banko and within two hours Neil had arrived and the springs on our door were already replaced. Thank you Neil for your promptness, courtesy, and patience.

Its fantastic. They did a poor job of repairing the stuck-o, but the garage door works great. But they broke some of the stuck-o around the facing of the door, but it was a terrible repair and I had someone else come in to repair it.

From the beginning we were very impressed with Banko Garage Doors. They actually have a showroom with garage doors that work. We were greeted by Jason who showed us various doors and garage door openers. They have numerous doors to choose from but thanks to Jason the process was very easy. We had been searching for a garage door opener that utilizes a battery during power outages and Banko carried exactly what we were looking for. By the time we arrived home there was an email waiting for us conforming our appointment with a representative at our house along with a picture of the individual. Robert arrived the next day to measure and answer any questions we might have. He even took the time to set up an appointment for an inspection. We knew we would be in good hands. Jason even called the day before installed just to confirm the appointment. Omar arrived on time the next day to install the door and opener. He did an excellent job! After everything was completed he even took the time to explain how everything that he had done. Our door garage door is amazing. Thank you Jason, Robert and Omar for making this a stress free event. It was a job well done.

He knew what he was doing and how to do it. He came by and did the job. The price was good. I have had no problems. I would rate them highly and would definitely use them again in the future if necessary.

We called Banko when one of the tracks started to pull down from the ceiling and our remotes stopped working. Representative came out on time and spent approximately one hour fixing the problems and providing a tuneup service. He was friendly and explained everything he was doing.

They are great. They did a really great job. They were immaculate in their cleaning. He took out the old garage door and put in the new one. We had to redo all of our rails. We had a shelving unit and unfortunately with the new rails they were a lot wider. They had to actually cut back the wood on this wall case on both side of the garage, they had to saw that back which was a little extra work to make it fit perfectly. They put in the new door piece by piece and put in the chain motor thing that lifts the garage. They did it like they had never been there, it was immaculate by the time they were done. The door look beautiful, everything was taken care of. They came back to follow up. They were wonderful from the salesperson to the installer. Their product in beautiful.

The bracket that attaches the door to the arm that lifts it had lost all but one screw. I called about 9am and the technican was out by 10:30. He not only secured the bracket better than it had ever been, but also gave the door a tune-up by oiling the chain & joints, retightening all the other screws, etc. The garage door opener is so quiet and just like new! Be sure to mention Angie's List as you get a discount!

Banko did the best they could to not have us replace the whole garage door.
